【摘要】：目的:探究銀翹馬勃散對急性咽炎模型大鼠的治療作用及其抗炎鎮(zhèn)痛解熱的作用。方法:通過氨水噴霧法制備大鼠急性咽炎模型,觀察銀翹馬勃散對急性咽炎模型大鼠的治療作用;采用小鼠耳廓腫脹實驗及小鼠足趾腫脹實驗研究其抗炎作用;采用醋酸扭體實驗和甲醛致痛實驗研究其鎮(zhèn)痛作用;采用脂多糖(Lipopolysaccharide,LPS)誘導大鼠發(fā)熱模型研究其解熱作用。結果:與模型組相比,銀翹馬勃散可改善大鼠的一般狀態(tài),銀翹馬勃散16,32 g/kg劑量組可明顯減輕急性咽炎模型大鼠咽部粘膜的炎癥表現(xiàn),且對咽炎大鼠的白細胞計數(shù)結果和血清中TNF-α與IL-6的水平有顯著影響;銀翹馬勃散還可降低小鼠耳廓與足趾炎癥腫脹的程度,緩解醋酸以及甲醛第Ⅱ時相所致疼痛,以及抑制LPS引起的大鼠發(fā)熱反應。結論:銀翹馬勃散對急性咽炎有較好的治療作用,并具有良好的抗炎、鎮(zhèn)痛、解熱作用。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the therapeutic effect of Yinqiao Mabo Powder on acute pharyngitis model rats and its anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects.Methods: the acute pharyngitis model of rats was made by ammonia spray method, the therapeutic effect of Yinqiao Mabo Powder on acute pharyngitis model was observed, and the anti-inflammatory effect of Yinqiao Mabo Powder on mouse auricle swelling test and mouse toe swelling test was studied.The analgesic effect was studied by acetic acid writhing test and formaldehyde-induced pain test, and its antipyretic effect was studied by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) -induced fever model in rats.Results: compared with the model group, Yinqiao Mabo powder could improve the general state of the rats, and Yinqiao Mabo powder 1632 g/kg group could obviously reduce the inflammation of the pharyngeal mucosa in the acute pharyngitis model rats.The results of leukocyte count and the levels of TNF- 偽 and IL-6 in serum of pharyngitis rats were significantly affected, and Yinqiao Mabo Powder could also reduce the degree of inflammation and swelling of auricle and toe of mice and relieve the pain caused by acetic acid and formaldehyde at phase 鈪，
