【摘要】：復(fù)雜醫(yī)療環(huán)境使醫(yī)生面臨多方面的壓力和挑戰(zhàn)。積極心理學(xué)以一種欣賞性、開放性目光去審視人類內(nèi)在的正向潛能和行為動(dòng)機(jī)等,突出強(qiáng)調(diào)心理學(xué)應(yīng)該為普通人的身心健康與生活質(zhì)量給予技術(shù)支持。當(dāng)前積極心理學(xué)集中研究人類積極情緒和體驗(yàn)、積極個(gè)性特征、積極心理過程,從而彌補(bǔ)了消極心理學(xué)研究的不足。面對(duì)來自社會(huì)和醫(yī)療自身的各種消極情緒,務(wù)必要以積極心理激勵(lì)、積極臨床共情和積極心態(tài)調(diào)整構(gòu)建和諧的醫(yī)療環(huán)境,從而促進(jìn)現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The complex medical environment makes doctors face multiple pressures and challenges.Positive psychology takes an appreciative and open view to examine the positive potential and behavioral motivation of human beings and emphasizes that psychology should provide technical support for the physical and mental health and quality of life of ordinary people.At present, positive psychology focuses on human positive emotion and experience, positive personality characteristics and positive psychological process, thus making up for the deficiency of negative psychology research.In the face of all kinds of negative emotions from society and medical treatment itself, we must use positive psychological motivation, positive clinical empathy and positive mentality to adjust and construct a harmonious medical environment so as to promote the development of modern medicine.
