【摘要】：目的分析重慶城區(qū)中小學(xué)生月經(jīng)初潮及首次遺精年齡與其父母生育年齡的相關(guān)性,為兒童青少年青春早期發(fā)育研究和健康教育提供理論依據(jù)。方法采用多階段分層整群隨機(jī)抽樣方法,調(diào)查重慶主城2個區(qū)7 285名中小學(xué)生(男生3 649名,女生3 636名)的月經(jīng)初潮、首次遺精年齡及其父母生育年齡。采用描述統(tǒng)計分析、t檢驗、多重線性回歸等方法進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果重慶城區(qū)男生首次遺精的平均年齡為13.14歲,鄉(xiāng)村男生比城鎮(zhèn)男生早0.2歲(t=-3.016,P=0.003);女生月經(jīng)初潮的平均年齡為12.43歲,城鄉(xiāng)差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(t=-0.506,P=0.613)。母親生育年齡對其子女月經(jīng)初潮、首次遺精年齡影響無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P值均0.05);父親生育年齡每增加1歲,其女兒月經(jīng)初潮提前0.034歲(鄉(xiāng)村提前0.019歲,P=0.024;城鎮(zhèn)提前0.048歲,P0.01),兒子首次遺精年齡提前0.025歲(鄉(xiāng)村提前0.013歲,P=0.818;城鎮(zhèn)提前0.029歲,P=0.027)。結(jié)論父親生育年齡較大可能是其子女首次遺精、月經(jīng)初潮年齡提前的影響因素之一。減少大齡產(chǎn)父母可降低其對兒童青少年生長發(fā)育的不良影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the correlation between the age of menarche and the age of first spermatozoa and their parents' reproductive age in primary and middle school students in Chongqing city, and to provide theoretical basis for the study of adolescent youth early development and health education.Methods A multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method was used to investigate the menarche, the age of first spermatozoa and the reproductive age of their parents among 7 285 primary and middle school students (3 649 male and 3 636 female) in two main districts of Chongqing.Descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression are used for statistical analysis.Results the average age of the first spermatozoa of boys in Chongqing was 13.14 years old. The average age of menarche of girls was 12.43 years old, and the average age of menarche of girls was 12.43 years. There was no significant difference between urban and rural areas.There was no significant difference between the age of first spermatozoa and the age of menarche and the age of first spermatozoa (P = 0.05), but the age of father's childbearing increased by 1 year.His daughter's menarche was 0.034 years old (0.019 years old in rural area, 0.048 years old in town, 0.025 years old in son's first spermatozoa, 0.013 years earlier in rural area and 0.029 years earlier in town).Conclusion the older paternal age may be one of the factors affecting the first spermatozoa and the early menarche age of their children.Reduction of older parents can reduce their negative effects on the growth and development of children and adolescents.
