神經(jīng)元網(wǎng)絡(luò)的同步和節(jié)律研究

【摘要】:高等動(dòng)物和人在認(rèn)知的過(guò)程中,神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的同步發(fā)放和節(jié)律活動(dòng)跟信息編碼和信息處理聯(lián)系緊密。本文研究了三種神經(jīng)元網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)放行為:抑制性神經(jīng)元網(wǎng)絡(luò)、有時(shí)間延遲的theta-gamma節(jié)律網(wǎng)絡(luò)和左右半腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)。 在抑制性神經(jīng)元網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,我們探究了噪聲、耦合強(qiáng)度和時(shí)間延遲對(duì)該系統(tǒng)的影響。我們發(fā)現(xiàn):在有時(shí)間延遲時(shí),隨著噪聲強(qiáng)度的逐漸增大,系統(tǒng)逐步呈現(xiàn)出穩(wěn)定期,變化期和相對(duì)穩(wěn)定期三個(gè)不同的狀態(tài)。噪聲對(duì)同步性影響不大,系統(tǒng)在有時(shí)間延遲時(shí)比沒有時(shí)間延遲時(shí)發(fā)放要有規(guī)律很多,時(shí)間延遲有助于同步。合適的耦合強(qiáng)度和噪聲強(qiáng)度保持神經(jīng)元同步發(fā)放狀態(tài)。 我們進(jìn)一步發(fā)現(xiàn):當(dāng)抑制性神經(jīng)元受到噪聲影響時(shí),即使噪聲強(qiáng)度較小,該網(wǎng)絡(luò)仍然不穩(wěn)定,不能產(chǎn)生嵌套theta-gamma節(jié)律;而適當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)間延遲有利于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的穩(wěn)定。我們假設(shè)所有神經(jīng)元都受到噪聲的影響并且引入時(shí)間延遲機(jī)制,得到了一個(gè)性質(zhì)相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的theta-gamma節(jié)律網(wǎng)絡(luò),使系統(tǒng)具有抗噪能力,而且模擬神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)、研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)性質(zhì),考慮時(shí)間延遲和噪聲更符合實(shí)際情況,同時(shí)探究了部分耦合強(qiáng)度對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的影響。 最后,我們以有時(shí)間延遲的theta-gamma節(jié)律網(wǎng)絡(luò)為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建左右半腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)。在有無(wú)刺激條件下,我們探究了該系統(tǒng)的行為,并且討論了該系統(tǒng)在雙連接、單連接、無(wú)連接下的行為,得到了跟混合字母實(shí)驗(yàn)相符合的結(jié)論。該網(wǎng)絡(luò)反應(yīng)了左右連接對(duì)大腦信息交流具有重要作用,右半腦在全局感知方面占優(yōu)勢(shì),而左半腦對(duì)細(xì)節(jié)感知靈敏。
[Abstract]:In the cognitive process of higher animals and humans, the synchronous release and rhythmic activities of the nervous system are closely related to information coding and information processing.In this paper, we study the firing behavior of three kinds of neural networks: inhibitory neural networks, time-delayed theta-gamma rhythmic networks and left and right hemispheric networks.In inhibitory neural networks, we investigate the effects of noise, coupling intensity and time delay on the system.We find that, with the increase of noise intensity, the system presents three different states: stable period, change period and relative stable period.The noise has little effect on synchronicity, and the system has much more regularity when there is a time delay than when there is no time delay, and the time delay is helpful to synchronization.The appropriate coupling strength and noise intensity maintain the neuronal synchronous firing state.We further find that when the inhibitory neurons are affected by noise, even if the noise intensity is small, the network is still unstable and can not produce nested theta-gamma rhythm, and the appropriate time delay is beneficial to the stability of the network.Assuming that all neurons are affected by noise and time delay mechanism is introduced, we obtain a relatively stable theta-gamma rhythmic network, which enables the system to resist noise, and simulates the neural system to study the properties of the network.Considering the time delay and noise, the effect of partial coupling strength on the network is discussed.Finally, we construct the left and right hemispheric network based on the theta-gamma rhythmic network with time delay.Under the condition of whether the system is stimulated or not, we investigate the behavior of the system, and discuss the behavior of the system under the condition of double connection, single connection and no connection, and get the conclusion in agreement with the mixed alphabet experiment.The network shows that the left and right hemispheric connections play an important role in the communication of brain information. The right hemisphere is dominant in global perception, while the left hemisphere is sensitive to detail perception.
