【摘要】：目的探討宮腔內(nèi)注射無水乙醇對(duì)小鼠動(dòng)情周期的影響。方法利用陰道脫落細(xì)胞染色法選擇動(dòng)情期規(guī)律的小鼠20只,宮腔注射無水乙醇,術(shù)后第一個(gè)動(dòng)情周期內(nèi)每日測(cè)定其動(dòng)情周期,隨機(jī)擇10只在第二個(gè)動(dòng)情周期每2 h測(cè)一次,觀察動(dòng)情周期的改變程度。結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)小鼠宮腔注射無水乙醇后動(dòng)情周期整體發(fā)生大幅度延長,且動(dòng)情期、動(dòng)情前期等各期時(shí)間均發(fā)生了不同程度的紊亂。結(jié)論本實(shí)驗(yàn)通過觀測(cè)無水乙醇損傷子宮后小鼠動(dòng)情周期發(fā)生紊亂的現(xiàn)象,為臨床無水乙醇的使用提供一定的實(shí)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of intrauterine injection of anhydrous ethanol on estrous cycle in mice. Methods 20 mice with regular estrus period were selected by vaginal exfoliated cell staining and anhydrous ethanol was injected into uterine cavity. The estrus cycle was measured daily in the first estrus cycle after operation, and 10 were measured every 2 hours in the second estrus cycle. Results after injection of anhydrous alcohol into the uterus, the whole estrus cycle of mice was significantly prolonged, and the estrus period was also observed. Conclusion the disorder of estrus cycle in mice after anhydrous alcohol injury was observed in order to provide some experimental basis for clinical use of anhydrous ethanol.
