食管康對反流性食管炎模型大鼠SOD、GSH影響的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:目的研究反流性食管炎(RE)基本病機(jī)及食管康治療RE的作用機(jī)理。方法將60只雄性Wistar大鼠隨機(jī)分成假手術(shù)組、模型組、食管康組、中成藥組(三九胃泰顆粒)、西藥組(蘭索拉唑+莫沙必利)。采用"4.2mm幽門夾+胃底2/3結(jié)扎術(shù)"制備反流性食管炎動物模型。相應(yīng)實(shí)驗(yàn)處理后,觀察食管下段黏膜病理組織學(xué)變化及大鼠食管黏膜組織SOD和GSH含量的表達(dá)情況。結(jié)果與假手術(shù)組相比,模型組大鼠體重明顯減輕(P0.05),食管黏膜肉眼及鏡下病理改善明顯,評分增高(P0.05);食管黏膜組織SOD、GSH含量顯著降低(P0.05);與模型組及中成藥組相比,食管康組死亡率明顯降低(P0.05),肉眼及病理評分顯著降低(P0.05);與西藥組相比,大鼠食管黏膜SOD、GSH含量明顯改善(P0.05)。結(jié)論食管康能夠明顯提高RE大鼠食管黏膜SOD、GSH含量,從而促進(jìn)食管黏膜損傷修復(fù),改善RE癥狀。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the basic pathogenesis of reflux esophagitis and the mechanism of the treatment of RE. Methods 60 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: sham operation group, model group and yukang group. The Chinese patent medicine group (Sanjiuweitai granule group) and the western medicine group (lansoprazole mosapride group) were used to establish the animal model of reflux esophagitis by "4.2mm pyloric entrapment with gastric fundus 2 / 3 ligation". To observe the histopathological changes of the lower esophageal mucosa and the expression of SOD and GSH in the esophageal mucosa of rats. Results compared with the sham operation group, the weight of the model group was significantly lower than that of the sham-operated group, and the pathological changes of the esophageal mucosa were obviously improved by naked eye and microscope. Compared with the model group and the traditional Chinese medicine group, the mortality rate of the esophagus group was significantly lower than that of the model group and the traditional Chinese medicine group, and the naked eye and pathological score were significantly lower than that of the western medicine group, and that of the western medicine group was significantly lower than that of the western medicine group, and that of the esophageal mucosal tissue was significantly lower than that of the model group and the traditional Chinese medicine group. Conclusion the content of SODN GSH in esophageal mucosa of RE rats can be significantly increased, thereby promoting the repair of esophageal mucosal injury and improving the symptoms of RE.
