【摘要】：正本課題組前期實驗發(fā)現(xiàn)流感病毒A/FM/1/47(H1N1)引起小鼠死亡或體重百分?jǐn)?shù)降低,此次實驗采用金蓮花粗提物灌胃的方法,確定金蓮花粗提物的抗病毒作用對小鼠的肺臟的保護(hù)作用。1材料與方法1.1病毒株亞洲甲型鼠肺適應(yīng)株A/FM/1/47(H1N1),中國預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院病毒學(xué)研究所提供。血凝滴度1∶512,Reed Muench法測定對小鼠的半數(shù)致死量(LD_(50))10~(-3.68)。1.2主要試劑及儀器金蓮花粗提物(由本課題組其他成員提取獲得),JJ200型電子天平,常熟雙杰測試儀器廠。
