經(jīng)顱霍爾效應(yīng)刺激作用下神經(jīng)元系統(tǒng)放電節(jié)律的理論研究

【摘要】:基于霍爾效應(yīng)原理和Hodgkin-Huxley模型,研究經(jīng)顱霍爾效應(yīng)刺激對神經(jīng)元系統(tǒng)放電節(jié)律的影響作用。研究表明,當(dāng)超聲和靜磁場在神經(jīng)元中產(chǎn)生的電流強(qiáng)度從10μA/cm2到55μA/cm2逐漸增大時(shí),神經(jīng)元?jiǎng)幼麟娢坏姆逯祻?6 m V減小到71 m V,峰峰間期從15 ms減小到8.5 ms,發(fā)放率從4~6呈多級階梯狀逐漸增大。研究還發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)超聲的發(fā)射周期從6~100 ms逐漸增大時(shí),神經(jīng)元?jiǎng)幼麟娢坏陌l(fā)放率從1~5呈多級階梯狀逐漸增大。研究結(jié)果揭示經(jīng)顱霍爾效應(yīng)刺激對神經(jīng)元放電節(jié)律的作用規(guī)律,有助于探索經(jīng)顱霍爾效應(yīng)刺激對神經(jīng)精神類疾病治療和康復(fù)的機(jī)理。
[Abstract]:Based on Hall effect principle and Hodgkin-Huxley model, the effects of transcranial Hall effect stimulation on the firing rhythm of neuronal system were studied. The results showed that the current intensity of ultrasound and magnetic field in neurons increased gradually from 10 渭 A / cm ~ 2 to 55 渭 A / cm ~ 2. The peak value of neuronal action potential decreased from 96 MV to 71 MV, the peak interval decreased from 15 Ms to 8.5 Ms, and the emitter rate gradually increased from 4 to 6. It was also found that when the emission period of ultrasound gradually increased from 6 Ms to 100 Ms, the peak value of action potential decreased from 96 MV to 71 MV, and the peak interval decreased from 15 Ms to 8.5 Ms. The firing rate of neuronal action potential increased gradually from 1 to 5. The results revealed the effect of transcranial Hall effect stimulation on the firing rhythm of neurons. It is helpful to explore the mechanism of transcranial Hall effect stimulation in the treatment and rehabilitation of neuropsychiatric diseases.
