【摘要】：目的:探討復(fù)方黃櫨口服液對(duì)小鼠黃疸型肝炎模型肝臟指標(biāo)的影響。方法:將72只KM小鼠隨機(jī)分為空白組,模型組,護(hù)肝寧片組(1.012 5 g/kg),大、中、小劑量復(fù)方黃櫨口服液組(30、15、7.5 mL/kg),每組12只,空白組和模型組灌胃相同體積的生理鹽水,連續(xù)灌胃相應(yīng)的藥物10 d。各組于實(shí)驗(yàn)第8天,灌胃ANIT造模,48 h后取材。小鼠脫頸椎處死后,從肝右葉切取肝組織1塊,10%中性福爾馬林固定,脫水,包埋,切片,HE染色,觀察組織病理學(xué)變化。另取肝臟,用冷生理鹽水制勻漿,檢測(cè)肝勻漿MDA、SOD、TC、TG。結(jié)果:與模型組比,大、中、小劑量復(fù)方黃櫨口服液組均可顯著降低肝臟TC、TG、MDA水平(P0.01),顯著升高肝臟SOD水平(P0.01)。大、小劑量復(fù)方黃櫨口服液組可顯著降低小鼠肝指數(shù)(P0.01),中劑量復(fù)方黃櫨口服液組可明顯降低小鼠肝指數(shù)(P0.05)。結(jié)論:復(fù)方黃櫨口服液組和護(hù)肝寧片組可明顯減輕造模所致的小鼠肝損傷。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of compound Cotinus coggygria oral liquid on liver indexes in mice with jaundice hepatitis. Methods: 72 km mice were randomly divided into blank group, model group and Huganning tablet group (1.0125 g / kg). Small dose of Cotinus coggygria oral liquid group (n = 12 in each group) was given normal saline of the same volume in blank group and model group for 10 days. Each group was treated with ANIT for 48 h, and the mice were killed by cervical vertebra removal. A 10% neutral formalin was removed from the right lobe of the liver to immobilize, dehydrate, embed it, stained sections with HE, observed the histopathological changes. In addition, the liver homogenate was prepared with cold normal saline, and the liver homogenate TCCG was detected. Results: compared with the model group, the liver homogenate was larger and more moderate. The low dose compound Cotinus coggygria oral liquid group could significantly reduce the level of liver TCC TGG SOD and increase the liver SOD level (P 0.01). Low dose coggygria coggygria oral liquid group could significantly reduce liver index (P 0.01) of mice, while medium dose compound coggygria oral liquid group could significantly reduce liver index (P 0.05) of mice. Conclusion: Cotinus coggygria coggygria compound oral liquid group and Huganning tablet group can obviously reduce the liver injury induced by model making in mice.
