【摘要】：正人TNF-α誘導(dǎo)蛋白1(TNFAIP1)又名B12和hBACURD2,是第一個被鑒定出的TNF-α誘導(dǎo)產(chǎn)生的蛋白,屬于hBACURD家族和PDIP1家族成員。人TNFAIP1基因首次(1992年)在TNF-α刺激、環(huán)己酰亞胺(Cycloheximide)處理的人臍靜脈內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞(HUVE)中克隆得到。人TNFAIP1基因是高度保守的單拷貝基因,定位于人染色體17q22-q23,而小鼠TNFAIP1基因采用YAC載體在鼠11號染色體克隆得到。近
[Abstract]:Is human TNF- alpha induced protein 1 (TNFAIP1) also known as B12 and hBACURD2, is the first identified TNF- alpha induced protein, are members of the hBACURD family and PDIP1 family. TNFAIP1 gene for the first time (1992) in the stimulation of TNF- alpha, cycloheximide (Cycloheximide) treated human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVE) was cloned. TNFAIP1 gene is a single copy gene, located on human chromosome 17q22-q23 and YAC vectors in mouse chromosome 11 by cloning of mouse TNFAIP1 gene.
