齊齊哈爾市地腳粉孳生納氏皺皮螨的初步調(diào)查

【摘要】:目的調(diào)查齊齊哈爾市地腳粉中納氏皺皮螨孳生情況。方法從齊齊哈爾市一所高校食堂和15個(gè)家庭采集地腳粉共16份,每份樣本10 g,分離其中螨類,制成玻片標(biāo)本,光鏡下直接觀察螨的形態(tài)特征,并進(jìn)行螨種鑒定、分類。結(jié)果從16份樣本中檢出粉螨的樣本有15份,檢出率為93.8%,共分離出粉螨7種,隸屬于3科6屬。160 g地腳粉中檢出粉螨561只,平均孳生密度為3.51只/g,納氏皺皮螨檢出率最高。結(jié)論齊齊哈爾市地腳粉中有多種螨類孳生,其中納氏皺皮螨的孳生密度最高,應(yīng)采取有效防制措施,以降低粉螨污染帶來的危害。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the breeding of Dermatophagoides natrii in ground foot powder of Qiqihar City. Methods 16 samples of ground foot powder were collected from a university canteen and 15 families in Qiqihar City. The mites were isolated from each sample and made into glass slides. The morphological characteristics of mites were observed directly under light microscope, and the species of mites were identified and classified. Results there were 15 samples of acaroid mites detected from 16 samples, the detection rate was 93.8%, and 7 species of mites were isolated. 561 mites were detected in 3 families, 6 genera, .160g ground foot powder, the average breeding density was 3.51 / g, and the detection rate of Dermatophagoides natrii was the highest. Conclusion there are many species of mites in ground foot powder of Qiqihar city, among which the breeding density of Dermatophagoides natrii is the highest. Effective control measures should be taken to reduce the harm caused by acaroid mites pollution.
