【摘要】：目的研究rs1491034和rs982873單核苷酸多態(tài)性(SNPs)在廣西人群中的分布特點(diǎn),比較二者基因型和等位基因在不同種族、地區(qū)人群間的分布差別。方法采用SNaPshot SNP分型技術(shù)和DNA測(cè)序法檢測(cè)397例廣西人群rs1491034和rs982873SNPs,比較兩位點(diǎn)基因型和等位基因頻率與國(guó)際人類(lèi)基因組單體型圖(HapMap)計(jì)劃公布的不同種族和地區(qū)人群間的差別。結(jié)果廣西人群rs1491034和rs982873均存在TT,CT及CC 3種基因型。2個(gè)位點(diǎn)的基因型和等位基因頻率在廣西人群不同性別間比較,差別均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。廣西人群rs1491034基因型和等位基因頻率與HapMap-CEU和HapMap-YRI人群比較,差別均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01),而rs982873基因型和等位基因頻率與HapMap-JPT和HapMap-YRI人群比較,差別均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),但兩位點(diǎn)基因型和等位基因頻率與其他人群比較,差別均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論廣西人群存在rs1491034和rs982873多態(tài)性,與其他種族、地區(qū)人群比較存在不同程度的差別。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the distribution of rs1491034 and rs982873 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in Guangxi population and compare their genotypes and alleles in different races. Methods SNaPshot SNP typing and DNA sequencing were used to detect rs1491034 and rs982873 SNPs in Guangxi population. The genotypes and alleles frequencies of the two loci were compared with those published by the International Human Genome haplotype Map (HapMap) project. Results there were three genotypes of TTCT and CC in rs1491034 and rs982873 of Guangxi population. The genotypes and alleles frequencies of the two loci were compared among different genders in Guangxi population. The frequencies of rs1491034 genotype and allele in Guangxi population were significantly different from those in HapMap-CEU and HapMap-YRI population, but the frequencies of rs982873 genotype and allele in Guangxi population were significantly higher than those in HapMap-JPT and HapMap-YRI population. The differences were statistically significant (P 0.05), but the frequencies of genotype and allele of the two loci were not significantly different from those of other populations. Conclusion there are rs1491034 and rs982873 polymorphisms in Guangxi population, which are similar to those of other ethnic groups. There are different degrees of difference in regional population comparison.
