采用植入式生理信號無線遙測系統(tǒng)記錄清醒大鼠自由活動(dòng)狀態(tài)下胃的肌電信號

【摘要】:目的為了減少麻醉對胃肌電活動(dòng)的影響,優(yōu)化在體胃肌電活動(dòng)的記錄方法,更好地反映自然狀態(tài)下胃肌電活動(dòng)狀況,減小手術(shù)操作對動(dòng)物的創(chuàng)傷,以及提高術(shù)后動(dòng)物存活率。方法通過植入式生理信號無線遙測系統(tǒng),結(jié)合優(yōu)化記錄電極植入方式將植入子電極固定在胃竇漿膜層,術(shù)后動(dòng)物恢復(fù)7 d后,進(jìn)行胃肌電信號采集,分別采集了清醒、自由活動(dòng)狀態(tài)下大鼠胃的肌電活動(dòng)信號,并對其消化期與消化間期胃肌電活動(dòng)的頻率、幅度及特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果在消化期,可采集到持續(xù)、穩(wěn)定的胃肌電信號,大鼠胃慢波幅度為(14.39±1.12)μV,頻率為(4.76±0.09)次/min,快波幅度為(70.76±5.31)μV,每個(gè)慢波上的快波數(shù)為10.38±1.22;在消化間期,可觀測到周期性變化的移行性復(fù)合肌電波形,每個(gè)周期持續(xù)時(shí)間為10~12 min,其Ⅲ相胃肌電活動(dòng)的慢波幅度為(14.75±0.76)μV,頻率為(4.90±0.14)次/min,快波幅度為(72.58±3.67)μV,每個(gè)慢波上的快波數(shù)為12.00±1.35。在消化期,采用促動(dòng)力藥多潘立酮可以增強(qiáng)胃慢波和快波的幅度及快波的頻率,其慢波幅度從(16.87±1.05)μV變?yōu)?25.77±2.16)μV(P0.01,n=6),頻率從(4.97±0.18)次/min變?yōu)?4.85±0.14)次/min(P0.05,n=6),快波幅度從(72.25±3.65)μV變?yōu)?104.00±7.72)μV(P0.01,n=6),每個(gè)慢波上的快波個(gè)數(shù)從10.50±1.12變?yōu)?4.00±0.97(P0.05,n=6)。結(jié)論通過植入式生理信號無線遙測系統(tǒng)可以較好地采集到清醒自由活動(dòng)狀態(tài)下大鼠胃的慢波及快波電信號,為研究生理及病理生理狀態(tài)下胃肌電活動(dòng)提供了一種新手段。
[Abstract]:Objective in order to reduce the influence of anesthesia on gastric myoelectric activity, to optimize the recording method of gastric myoelectric activity in vivo, to better reflect the state of gastric myoelectric activity in natural state, and to reduce the trauma caused by operation. Methods the implanted sub-electrodes were fixed in the antral serosal layer by means of implanted physiological signal wireless telemetry system and optimized recording electrode implantation. After 7 days of recovery, the gastric myoelectric signals were collected. The signals of gastric myoelectric activity in conscious and free activity rats were collected, and the frequency, amplitude and characteristics of gastric myoelectric activity during digestion and interdigestive period were analyzed.
