【摘要】：文章基于整合發(fā)放神經(jīng)元模型,研究抑制性突觸輸入和外部周期刺激對神經(jīng)元發(fā)放率的影響。數(shù)值結(jié)果表明:在突出輸入等于閾值時,適當(dāng)頻率的抑制性突觸輸入對神經(jīng)元發(fā)放率具有易化作用,對神經(jīng)元發(fā)放率峰值具有延遲作用;在突出輸入小于閾值時,抑制性突出輸入抑制神經(jīng)元膜電位發(fā)放;在外部刺激作用下,神經(jīng)元發(fā)放率幅值與外部刺激有關(guān),刺激頻率越高,發(fā)放率幅值越小,刺激強度越大,發(fā)放率幅值越大。
[Abstract]:Based on the integrated firing neuron model, the effects of inhibitory synaptic inputs and external periodic stimuli on the firing rate of neurons were studied. The numerical results show that when the salient input is equal to the threshold value. The inhibitory synaptic input with appropriate frequency can facilitate the neuronal release rate and delay the peak of the neuronal firing rate. When the outburst input is less than the threshold value, the inhibitory protruding input inhibits the release of the membrane potential of the neuron. Under the external stimulation, the amplitude of the neuronal release rate is related to the external stimulus. The higher the stimulus frequency, the smaller the amplitude of the distribution rate, the greater the intensity of the stimulus and the greater the amplitude of the distribution rate.
