【摘要】：自殺是當(dāng)今社會(huì)亟待各方面關(guān)注、解決的社會(huì)與公共衛(wèi)生問題。作為一個(gè)特殊的社會(huì)群體，監(jiān)獄服刑人員由于受個(gè)性特征、自由受縛、與社會(huì)疏離等主客觀環(huán)境因素的多重影響，自殺率是普通人群的3-4倍。自殺意念是自殺行為產(chǎn)生的主觀前提，研究自殺意念是有效預(yù)防和干預(yù)服刑人員自殺行為的有效手段。本研究為編制一套適合中國(guó)國(guó)情、獄情的服刑人員自殺意念量表，探討服刑人員自殺意念與抑郁、社會(huì)支持的關(guān)系，探索服刑人員自殺意念干預(yù)的有效方法，設(shè)計(jì)了三個(gè)研究：研究一以文獻(xiàn)綜述、開放式問卷調(diào)查、個(gè)案訪談等為基礎(chǔ)，提出了服刑人員自殺意念量表的理論假設(shè)，并據(jù)此編制出服刑人員自殺意念量表；研究二采用自編服刑人員自殺意念正式量表、抑郁癥狀量表、社會(huì)支持評(píng)定量表為研究工具，對(duì)761名服刑人員施測(cè)，探討了服刑人員自殺意念的人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)特點(diǎn)，及其與抑郁、社會(huì)支持的關(guān)系；研究三隨機(jī)挑選出兩組自殺意念較高的服刑人員，，對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組采用團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)的方式進(jìn)行干預(yù)，在干預(yù)后對(duì)效果進(jìn)行了評(píng)估。得出的主要結(jié)果如下： （1）自編“服刑人員自殺意念量表”符合心理測(cè)量學(xué)要求，區(qū)分度良好，各項(xiàng)信效度指標(biāo)均達(dá)到心理測(cè)量學(xué)要求，可以作為服刑人員自殺意念測(cè)查的工具。 （2）自編“服刑人員自殺意念量表”由自殺因子、回避因子、軀體行為因子、積極因子4個(gè)維度構(gòu)成。 （3）服刑人員自殺意念在家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況、已服刑期、婚姻狀況、文化程度、主要案由、生理疾病上有顯著差異；在年齡、被判刑期、服刑次數(shù)、是否獨(dú)生、城鄉(xiāng)、有無職業(yè)上無顯著差異。 （4）經(jīng)過團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)的實(shí)驗(yàn)組，前后測(cè)有顯著差異，與對(duì)照組后測(cè)比較有顯著差異，表明實(shí)驗(yàn)組取得了較好的干預(yù)效果。
[Abstract]:Suicide is a social and public health problem to be solved by all sides of society. As a special social group, prison inmates are bound by their personality and freedom. The suicide rate is 3-4 times higher than that of the general population due to the multiple effects of subjective and objective environmental factors such as social alienation. Suicidal ideation is the subjective premise of suicidal behavior. To study suicide ideation is an effective means to prevent and intervene the suicide behavior of prisoners. In order to develop a set of suicide ideation scale for prisoners suitable for China, the purpose of this study is to explore the suicidal ideation and depression of prisoners. The relationship between social support and the effective methods of suicidal ideation intervention of prisoners was explored. Three studies were designed: one was based on literature review, open questionnaire survey, case interview and so on. The theoretical hypothesis of the suicide ideation scale for prisoners was put forward, and the suicide ideation scale for prisoners was compiled accordingly. In the second study, the suicide ideation formal scale, the depression symptom scale and the social support rating scale were used as the research tools. The demographic characteristics of suicidal ideation and its relationship with depression and social support were investigated in 761 prisoners. Study 3 randomly selected two groups of prisoners with high suicidal ideation. Group counseling was used to intervene in the experimental group, and the effect was evaluated after the intervention. The main results were as follows:. 1) the self-compiled suicide ideation scale for prisoners met the requirements of psychometrics, and the classification was good. The reliability and validity of each index were up to the requirements of psychometrics, and could be used as a tool for the detection of suicidal ideation of prisoners. 2) the suicide ideation scale for prisoners was composed of four dimensions: suicide factor, avoidance factor, somatic behavior factor and positive factor. (3) there are significant differences in suicidal ideation among prisoners in terms of family financial situation, served term of imprisonment, marital status, education level, main cause of the case, and physical illness; in terms of age, period of sentence, number of sentences, whether only born, urban or rural, There is no significant difference in occupation. 4) after group counseling, there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group, which indicated that the experimental group had better intervention effect.
