【摘要】：目的解剖觀測(cè)趾足底固有動(dòng)脈趾端動(dòng)脈弓及其分支的解剖學(xué)特點(diǎn)。方法選取新鮮成人足標(biāo)本8只,分別經(jīng)足背動(dòng)脈灌注紅色乳膠,對(duì)第2趾趾足底固有動(dòng)脈進(jìn)行顯微解剖,觀察趾足底固有動(dòng)脈弓的出現(xiàn)概率,位置及其口徑,趾端動(dòng)脈弓發(fā)出的弓上動(dòng)脈的起始部位,走行方向,分支數(shù)目及血管口徑情況。結(jié)果第2趾趾足底固有動(dòng)脈趾端動(dòng)脈弓恒定,動(dòng)脈弓的外徑為0.5~0.8 mm,平均外徑為0.64 mm,動(dòng)脈弓距趾端的距離為9.5~13.0 mm,平均為11.1 mm。動(dòng)脈弓上發(fā)出5支恒定的分支,即趾端弓上動(dòng)脈,我們將其命名為第1~5支趾端弓上動(dòng)脈(由脛側(cè)至腓側(cè))。結(jié)論第2趾趾端動(dòng)脈弓及其發(fā)出的弓上動(dòng)脈解剖恒定,可以采用弓上動(dòng)脈為蒂的微型軸型皮瓣改善第2足趾再造后外形。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the anatomical characteristics of the arch of the toe end of the toe plantar artery and its branches. Methods eight fresh adult foot specimens were perfused with red latex respectively through the dorsal artery of foot. The Arteria propria plantar of the second toe was dissected microscopically, and the probability, position and caliber of the arch of the plantar propria digitorum were observed, and the origin of the superior arch from the arch of the end of the toe was observed. Results the arterial arch at the end of the toe of the second toe plantar propria artery was constant, the external diameter of the arterial arch was 0.50.8mm, and the average diameter was 0.64 mm. The distance from the arcuate to the toe was 9.5 鹵13.0 mm, with an average of 11.1 mm. There were five constant branches in the arterial arch, namely, the superior arch of the toe. We named it the 5th superior arch of toe (from tibial side to peroneal side). Conclusion the anatomic anatomy of the arch of the end of the second toe and the superior arch issued by it is constant. The microaxial flap pedicled with the superior arch artery can be used to improve the shape of the second toe after reconstruction.
