【摘要】：為防止吡喹酮長期單一用藥誘發(fā)血吸蟲的抗藥性,尋求新的候選防治策略已突顯。研究顯示,鐵對血吸蟲的生長發(fā)育及生殖具有重要作用,開展血吸蟲鐵代謝相關(guān)研究,針對血吸蟲的鐵代謝特點設(shè)計治療靶點或許可成為防治血吸蟲病的一個潛在的有效途徑。本文綜述了近年來血吸蟲鐵代謝的相關(guān)研究,為血吸蟲病防治技術(shù)的研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to prevent the resistance of Schistosoma japonicum induced by praziquantel alone for a long time, the search for new candidate control strategies has been highlighted. Studies have shown that iron plays an important role in the growth, development and reproduction of Schistosoma japonicum. Studies on iron metabolism of Schistosoma japonicum were carried out. According to the characteristics of iron metabolism of Schistosoma japonicum, the design of therapeutic targets may be a potential effective way to control schistosomiasis. In this paper, the related studies on iron metabolism of Schistosoma japonicum in recent years are reviewed. To provide a reference for the study of schistosomiasis control techniques.
