【摘要】：目的:以單味中藥白術(shù)和復(fù)方四君子湯為對照,研究桑白皮對脾虛水濕不化大鼠模型的影響,通過比較對同一模型的干預(yù)作用因歸經(jīng)不同表現(xiàn)出的作用差異和作用特點,為桑白皮歸經(jīng)的藥性研究提供參考。方法:采用高脂低蛋白飲食加負重游泳復(fù)合因素法建立脾虛水濕不化大鼠模型,以一般狀況、自主活動、胃排空率、小腸推進率、尿D-木糖排泄率、血清胃泌素(GAS)、IL~(-1)、IL-2、Ig-G、血漿生長抑素(SS)、P物質(zhì)(SP)、血管活性腸肽(VIP)、脾臟系數(shù)、水負荷指數(shù)等為檢測指標,考察桑白皮對脾虛水濕不化大鼠模型的影響。結(jié)果:給藥后,桑白皮、白術(shù)及四君子湯均顯著升高胃排空率、D-木糖排泄率、血清GAS、Ig-G、IL~(-1)、IL-2、血漿SP水平、脾臟系數(shù)(P0.05或P0.01),顯著降低血漿SS和VIP水平(P0.05或P0.01),其中四君子湯組作用最顯著,白術(shù)次之;桑白皮和四君子湯顯著增加大鼠尿量,顯著降低水負荷指數(shù)(P0.05或P0.01);白術(shù)和四君子湯顯著降低大鼠一般狀況評分,顯著升高小腸推進率(P0.05)。結(jié)論:歸脾、胃經(jīng)的白術(shù)顯著改善脾虛大鼠的胃腸功能,符合中醫(yī)的歸經(jīng)理論,但不及四君子湯,說明復(fù)方中各藥物相互協(xié)同作用,提高療效。桑白皮對脾虛大鼠胃腸功能有一定的改善作用,其作用機制可能是調(diào)節(jié)血液中紊亂的胃腸激素趨于正常水平,桑白皮亦能增強免疫功能,與本草記載的桑白皮"歸脾、肺經(jīng)","味甘""補虛益氣"性能功效相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to single herb and compound Atractylodes Decoction of four noble drugs as control of cortex mori on spleen deficiency wet effect of rat model, through the comparison of the same model for intervention go through different show the difference and characteristics, provide reference for Sangbaipi to study the resistance method. The high fat and low protein diet plus swimming composite factor method to establish spleen deficiency rat model of water is not, in general condition, locomotor activity, gastric emptying rate, intestinal propulsive rate, urinary D- excretion rate, serum gastrin (GAS), IL~ (-1), IL-2, Ig-G, plasma somatostatin (SS), substance P (SP), vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP), spleen coefficient, water load index as detection index of mulberry bark on spleen deficiency wet of rat model. Results: after administration, Morus alba, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and four gentleman Tang Junxian increased the rate of gastric emptying, D- excretion rate of serum GAS, Ig -G, IL~ (-1), IL-2, plasma SP levels, spleen coefficient (P0.05 or P0.01), significantly decreased plasma SS and VIP levels (P0.05 or P0.01), of which Four Gentlemen Decoction had the most significant effect, the mulberry bark and Atractylodes; four gentleman Decoction significantly increase the urine volume of the rats, significantly reduce the negative water load index (P0.05 or P0.01); and Baizhu Decoction of four noble drugs significantly reduce the scores of the general condition of rats increased significantly, intestinal propulsive rate (P0.05). Conclusion: the spleen, stomach Atractylodes significantly improve spleen deficiency rats with gastrointestinal function, TCM Meridian theory, but less than four of that in the Sijunzi Decoction, compound drugs the synergistic effect, improve the curative effect. Sangbaipi have certain effect on gastrointestinal function of spleen deficiency rats, its mechanism may regulate blood disorder of gastrointestinal hormone to the normal level, Sangbaipi can enhance immune function, and Materia Medica of Sangbaipi "spleen, lung", "sweet" and "tonic The performance effect of Qi supplementing is related.
