【摘要】：在自殺已經(jīng)成為全球共同關(guān)心的公共衛(wèi)生及心理社會問題的今天,大學(xué)生作為社會的特殊群體,其自殺現(xiàn)象受到了更加廣泛的關(guān)注。近年來大學(xué)生自殺率節(jié)節(jié)攀升,大學(xué)生自殺現(xiàn)象頻繁見諸報端,在我們扼腕嘆息的同時,對大學(xué)生自殺行為進行深入研究,探討其影響因素,進而為大學(xué)生自殺預(yù)防及危機干預(yù)提供有效策略,對保護大學(xué)生的生命安全、維護學(xué)校、家庭及社會的和諧穩(wěn)定具有重要意義。 本研究在充分搜集、閱讀文獻,整理有關(guān)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計及案例分析,較全面地了解了大學(xué)生自殺現(xiàn)狀、特點,在深入挖掘大學(xué)生自殺身亡者遺書的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了影響大學(xué)生自殺的因素,并給出了如何對大學(xué)生自殺行為進行預(yù)防與干預(yù)的相關(guān)策略�；究蚣苋缦拢� 緒論部分簡單介紹了本研究的背景、意義、方法,著重梳理了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)的研究內(nèi)容,并對相關(guān)概念進行界定。第二部分對自殺的一般情況進行概述,重點介紹了自殺研究的種種理論取向,包括自殺研究的心理理論取向,自殺研究的社會理論取向以及自殺研究的生物醫(yī)學(xué)理論取向。第三部分為全面了解大學(xué)生自殺現(xiàn)狀及特點,充分利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)搜集2001-2008年大學(xué)生自殺方面的報道及相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),并進行簡單的統(tǒng)計分析,總結(jié)了近年來大學(xué)生自殺的特點,主要表現(xiàn)為：自殺人數(shù)及占在校人數(shù)比例逐年增加；女性自殺人數(shù)及相對占比明顯高于男性；理科生略高于文科生；研究生相對占比高于本、專科生；自殺原因多元化又相對集中；學(xué)年末、學(xué)年初最多、寒暑假相對較少；自殺方式多樣化,以跳樓為最主要方式。同時收集自殺者的報道及遺書,結(jié)合自殺者的相關(guān)背景,在深層次了解其自殺前的身心狀態(tài)及所思所想的基礎(chǔ)上,試圖分析大學(xué)生自殺背后的原因。第四部分在綜合已有文獻、統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)及案例分析的基礎(chǔ)上,將影響大學(xué)生自殺行為的因素概括為外部因素、主體因素及生活事件因素。其中外部因素又分為宏觀外部因素即社會變遷的影響,微觀外部因素即家庭及學(xué)校的影響；主體因素主要闡述了對自殺行為影響較大的人格因素及精神因素；生活事件因素又分為人際關(guān)系困擾、學(xué)習(xí)壓力、情感受挫、就業(yè)壓力。第五部分提出大學(xué)生自殺預(yù)防及干預(yù)的對策,指出了在大學(xué)生自殺預(yù)防及危機干預(yù)過程中應(yīng)遵循的原則：入學(xué)篩選,動態(tài)更新,分類預(yù)防原則；防止聚合作用發(fā)生的原則；高校為主體,社會、家庭共同預(yù)防原則。并對不同情況的大學(xué)生,給出了具體的預(yù)防及干預(yù)策略。
[Abstract]:In the Dutch act has become a public health and psychosocial problems of common concern in the world today, college students as a special social group, the phenomenon of Dutch act attracts more attention. The introduction part briefly introduces the background, significance, methods, focuses on the correlative researches at home and abroad, and defines the related concepts. And on the different situation of college students, prevention and intervention strategies are given.
