【摘要】：皰疹病毒US10基因位于其基因組的短獨特區(qū),是病毒復制的非必需基因,編碼病毒的磷酸化衣殼-皮層蛋白或I型跨膜糖蛋白,可通過特異性識別非經(jīng)典MHC I型分子的HLA-G胞質尾區(qū),來下調HLA-G的表達量并阻斷宿主NK細胞對病毒的殺傷,從而參與病毒的免疫逃逸;該蛋白通過與宿主蛋白相互作用而發(fā)揮致病作用,也能調節(jié)其它病毒蛋白如糖蛋白E(gE)等的表達。對US10結合RNA的能力及在病毒轉錄后調控、病毒毒力中的作用有待于深入研究。
[Abstract]:A short unique region of herpes simplex virus US10 gene in its genome, is not essential for viral replication gene encoding the viral capsid phosphorylation of cortactin or type I transmembrane glycoprotein, through specific recognition of non classical MHC I molecular HLA-G cytoplasmic tail, down expression of HLA-G and blocking NK killer cells of the host of the virus, and thus participate in immune escape of virus; the protein with host protein interactions play a pathogenic role, can also regulate other proteins such as virus glycoprotein E (gE). The expression of US10 on RNA binding ability and transcription regulation in viral virulence, the role needs to be further study.
