【摘要】：目的:構(gòu)建健康人心理性衰老量表,為科學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)衰老提供測(cè)量工具和參考指標(biāo)。方法:通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)搜集、專(zhuān)家意見(jiàn)征詢(xún)篩選心理性衰老條目,經(jīng)2輪德?tīng)柗?Delphi)法對(duì)各指標(biāo)重要性、可行性及權(quán)威程度進(jìn)行評(píng)分,用層次分析法對(duì)心理性衰老各維度和條目進(jìn)行權(quán)重分配,采用內(nèi)部一致性信度分析、相關(guān)性分析、探索性因子分析等評(píng)價(jià)量表的信度和效度。結(jié)果:共有17名專(zhuān)家完成2輪咨詢(xún),專(zhuān)家權(quán)威程度評(píng)分為0.88±0.06,第二輪各指標(biāo)重要性、可行性協(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)分別為0.456(P0.01)和0.666(P0.01),一致性尚好,最終確定心理性衰老指標(biāo)有認(rèn)知功能、情緒、人格、動(dòng)機(jī)與需要共4維度18個(gè)條目,各維度權(quán)重系數(shù)分別為0.338,0.250,0.166和0.258。量表Cronbach’sα系數(shù)為0.822,重測(cè)信度為0.817,內(nèi)容效度指數(shù)為0.847,5個(gè)公因子的累計(jì)貢獻(xiàn)率為51.42%。結(jié)論:本研究建立的心理性衰老量表較理想,指標(biāo)代表性好、認(rèn)可度較高,量表的內(nèi)容、結(jié)構(gòu)效度較好,可為評(píng)價(jià)衰老提供參考。
[Abstract]:Objective: to construct a mental senescence scale for healthy people and to provide a measuring tool and a reference index for the scientific evaluation of senescence. Methods: through literature collection, experts' opinions were consulted to screen items of psychological senility. After two rounds of Delphi Delphi method to evaluate the importance, feasibility and authority of each index, AHP was used to distribute the weight of each dimension and item of psychological senescence. Internal consistency reliability analysis, correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis were used to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale. Results: a total of 17 experts completed two rounds of consultation. The expert degree of authority score was 0.88 鹵0.06, the importance of each index in the second round, the feasibility coordination coefficient was 0.456P0.01and 0.666 P0.01respectively). There are 18 items in 4 dimensions including cognitive function, emotion, personality, motivation and need. The weight coefficient of each dimension is 0.3380.250. The Cronbach's 偽 coefficient, retest reliability and content validity index were 0.822, 0.817 and 0.847 respectively. The cumulative contribution rate of the five common factors is 51.42. Conclusion: the psychological senescence scale established in this study is ideal, the index is representative, the recognition degree is high, the content and the structure validity of the scale are better. It can provide reference for the evaluation of aging.
