【摘要】：Tafazzin蛋白屬于�；D(zhuǎn)移酶,在機體細胞中廣泛存在,在正常心肌細胞中負責調(diào)節(jié)磷脂酰基轉(zhuǎn)移,參與心磷脂重建,并可調(diào)控骨細胞、脂肪細胞及肌細胞的分化。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),Tafazzin基因突變與多種疾病如Barth綜合征、直腸癌等發(fā)生、發(fā)展有關(guān);現(xiàn)就Tafazzin基因的結(jié)構(gòu)、功能及臨床方面的研究作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Tafazzin protein belongs to the acyltransferase, widely exists in the body cells, is responsible for the regulation of phospholipid acyl transfer in normal myocardial cells, involved in cardiolipin reconstruction, and can regulate the differentiation of bone cells, fat cells and muscle cells. The study found that Tafazzin gene mutation and various diseases such as Barth syndrome, colorectal cancer occurrence, development of the present; the structure of Tafazzin gene, review the function and clinical aspects.
