【摘要】:目的探討經(jīng)快速雙上肺靜脈起搏方法制作犬心房顫動動物模型的可行性。 方法10只健康比格犬經(jīng)開胸途徑植入十極導管電極,快速(1200次/min)起搏雙上肺靜脈6小時。觀察房顫誘發(fā)情況,對起搏前后雙上肺靜脈及左心耳電生理檢查結果進行比較。 結果8只犬完成實驗,房顫誘導成功率80%。高頻率刺激誘發(fā)的房顫模型能使雙上肺靜脈區(qū)及左心耳部位ERP先降低后升高(145.±15.1vs130±16.3*vs136±11.4**,*p=0.004.**p=0.494),存在統(tǒng)計學顯著差異。誘發(fā)房顫5小時后,總的房顫誘發(fā)窗口(∑WOV)較基線時升高,但無明顯統(tǒng)計學差異(26.7±65.3VS20±52.9,P0.05)。而在乙酰膽堿誘發(fā)房顫(第0,1,3,6小時)時,可見房顫的誘發(fā)時間呈現(xiàn)先上升后下降的過程,而這種趨勢與ERP的變化趨勢存在相關性。 結論經(jīng)快速雙上肺起搏方法制作心房顫動動物模型,可用于房顫發(fā)病機理、電生理重構、心肌重構、分子生物學改變等臨床研究,也可用于心動過速性心肌病及部分心力衰竭的研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the feasibility of rapid double superior pulmonary vein pacing in canine atrial fibrillation model. Methods Ten decpole catheter electrodes were implanted into 10 healthy Beagle dogs by open chest approach, and then 1 200 times / min pacing of the superior pulmonary vein was performed for 6 hours. The induced atrial fibrillation was observed. The results of electrophysiological examination of double superior pulmonary vein and left atrial appendage before and after pacing were compared. Results 8 dogs completed the experiment.
