【摘要】：本文利用中樞離斷兔股神經(jīng)動(dòng)物模型,種植骨髓神經(jīng)組織定向干細(xì)胞源性神經(jīng)元細(xì)胞,觀測(cè)了該細(xì)胞在沒有中樞神經(jīng)和新生軸突影響的情況下,在周圍神經(jīng)內(nèi)的存活、遷移、生長、分化及神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)通路的建立,得出如下結(jié)論:骨髓神經(jīng)組織定向干細(xì)胞可以作為移植神經(jīng)元細(xì)胞的來源;中樞離斷周圍神經(jīng)動(dòng)物模型,由于排除了中樞神經(jīng)和新生軸突的影響,可以作為評(píng)價(jià)周圍神經(jīng)神經(jīng)元細(xì)胞移植的動(dòng)物模型;成體干細(xì)胞源性神經(jīng)元細(xì)胞可以在外周神經(jīng)的環(huán)境下存活,并維持一定神經(jīng)元的特性;成體干細(xì)胞源性神經(jīng)元細(xì)胞移植修復(fù)周圍神經(jīng)損傷是可行的。
[Abstract]:The central transection of rabbit femoral nerve animal model, planting bone marrow neural tissue committed stem cells derived neurons were observed, the cells in the central nervous system and no new axons in the condition of the effect of peripheral nerve in survival, migration, growth, differentiation and nerve conduction pathway, draws the following conclusion: nerve the organization orientation of bone marrow stem cells can be used as a source of transplanted neurons; central peripheral nerve transection animal model, with the exclusion of the central nervous system and effect of new axons, can be used as the animal model for the evaluation of peripheral nerve neuron cell transplantation; adult stem cells derived neurons can survive in peripheral nerve environment characteristics and maintain certain neurons; adult stem cells derived neurons transplantation for the repair of peripheral nerve injury is feasible.
