【摘要】：正隨著分子生物學飛速發(fā)展,靶向治療在腫瘤治療中被廣泛應用。傳統(tǒng)脫落細胞學制作方法,不能滿足臨床需求。如何在量少的標本中盡可能大量收集細胞,減少細胞丟失在細胞塊制作中顯得尤為重要。本科室在實踐工作中將膜式液基薄層制作過濾器上的濾過膜(簡稱濾過膜)用刀裁剪,放在包埋時裁好的擦鏡紙上,對收集的細胞沉淀物進行雙層包埋,形成細胞塊。該方法操作簡便,最大限度收集細胞,有利于惡性腫瘤類型的鑒別及靶向治療的開展,現(xiàn)介紹如下。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of molecular biology, targeted therapy is widely used in tumor therapy. Traditional exfoliative cytological methods can not meet the clinical needs. It is very important to reduce cell loss in cell block making. In the practical work, the filter membrane (short for filter membrane) on membrane liquid-based thin layer filter is cut with knife. Placed on the coated paper, the collected cell sediment was buried in double layers to form a cell block. This method is simple and easy to operate, and can collect the cells to the maximum extent. It is beneficial to the differentiation of malignant tumor and the development of targeted therapy.
