【摘要】:1目的了解國(guó)有煤礦企業(yè)基層黨支部書記的心理健康狀況、知覺壓力和應(yīng)對(duì)方式。2方法對(duì)221名國(guó)有煤礦企業(yè)基層黨支部書記采用癥狀自評(píng)量表(SCL-90)和知覺壓力量表、簡(jiǎn)易應(yīng)對(duì)方式問卷進(jìn)行測(cè)試,將測(cè)試結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。3結(jié)果國(guó)有煤礦企業(yè)基層黨支部書記人際關(guān)系障礙、抑郁、焦慮、恐怖、敵對(duì)因子的得分明顯低于常模水平,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05/P0.01);知覺壓力狀況得分為(17.62±7.22)分;積極應(yīng)對(duì)維度得分明顯高于常模水平,消極應(yīng)對(duì)維度得分明顯低于常模水平,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.001);鶎狱h支部書記知覺壓力、消極應(yīng)對(duì)方式和SCL-90總分及其各因子呈顯著正相關(guān);積極應(yīng)對(duì)方式與總體心理健康水平、敵對(duì)性、恐怖因子、軀體化、強(qiáng)迫障礙、人際關(guān)系障礙、抑郁、焦慮、飲食和睡眠障礙呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.01/P0.05)。4結(jié)論國(guó)有煤礦企業(yè)基層黨支部書記的心理健康水平良好,情緒穩(wěn)定,善于人際交往,對(duì)知覺壓力不敏感,多采用積極應(yīng)對(duì)方式面對(duì)困難和挫折。
[Abstract]:1 to understand the mental health, perceptual pressure and coping style of the Party branch secretaries at the grass-roots level of the state-owned coal mining enterprises. The 2 method is to test the basic Party branch secretary of 221 state-owned coal enterprises by symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90), perceived stress scale and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire. 3 the results of the state-owned coal mine enterprise grass-roots Party branch secretary handicap of interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, terror and hostility factor score was significantly lower than the norm, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05/P0.01); scores of perceived stress status (17.62 + 7.22); positive coping score was significantly higher than the normal level, negative coping scores significantly below the norm, the differences were statistically significant (P0.001). Positively related to grass-roots Party branch secretary of perceived stress and negative coping style and SCL-90 scores of the factors; positive coping style and the overall level of mental health, hostility, phobia, somatization, obsessive-compulsive disorder, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety disorders, diet and sleep disorders were negatively correlated (P0.01/P0.05). 4 conclusion the basic level Party branch secretaries in state-owned coal mines have good mental health, stable emotions, good interpersonal skills, and are not sensitive to perceived pressure, and adopt positive coping styles to face difficulties and setbacks.
