公共領(lǐng)域?qū)τ诋斀裆鐣畹闹T多方面產(chǎn)生了重要而深刻的影響。從哈貝馬斯對公共領(lǐng)域的描述中可以看出，公共領(lǐng)域指涉的是社會生活中一個介于國家與社會之間的領(lǐng)域。由于不受國家的干預與限制，公民在這里可以自由談?wù)摴彩聞?wù)并發(fā)表見解。公共領(lǐng)域中存在著公共理性，從而可以促成公民公共意識的形成，并對國家及公共權(quán)力形成批判和監(jiān)督，最終推進社會進步。因此，在社會轉(zhuǎn)型時期，對于公共領(lǐng)域理論之于我國公共領(lǐng)域構(gòu)建的積極作用，我們應予以倡導。在眾多現(xiàn)代媒體形式中，微博與公共領(lǐng)域具有天然的契合。作為目前互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上傳播最迅速，影響最大的新媒體，微博改變了傳統(tǒng)媒體的信息傳播方式，為公眾的自由交流提供一個平等，自由的互動平臺，在最大范圍上為公共領(lǐng)域的主體創(chuàng)造了一個前所未有的話語空間，對于我國公共領(lǐng)域的文化構(gòu)建意義重大。當然，我們也不得不正視微博在實際運作過程中也存在一些缺陷和突出問題。本文作者通過一些發(fā)生在微博上的典型事例，在充分分析微博同公共領(lǐng)域的契合與互動的基礎(chǔ)上，針對微博在我國的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀提出自己的見解，以期通過微博促進我國公共領(lǐng)域的構(gòu)建，推進公民有序參與公共生活，從而有利于和諧公民社會的建設(shè)。
