【摘要】：卓越新聞傳播人才作為引領(lǐng)新聞傳播事業(yè)發(fā)展和社會(huì)進(jìn)步的高級(jí)專業(yè)人才,在知識(shí)、能力、素質(zhì)諸方面有著更高的要求。厘清其培養(yǎng)規(guī)格,有助于在體用結(jié)合的層面上增強(qiáng)高校新聞傳播院系卓越教育的方向性和可操作性。通過理論及實(shí)踐考察,文章認(rèn)為應(yīng)從新聞傳播專業(yè)特點(diǎn)、時(shí)代和社會(huì)發(fā)展需要以及卓越人才知識(shí)能力提升和綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的共性特征出發(fā),循證當(dāng)代中國(guó)卓越新聞傳播人才的培養(yǎng)規(guī)格。
[Abstract]:As a senior professional who leads the development of news communication and social progress, excellent news communication talents have higher requirements in knowledge, ability, quality and so on. It is helpful to strengthen the orientation and maneuverability of excellent education in journalism and communication departments of colleges and universities at the level of combination of physical use and practice. Through the investigation of theory and practice, this paper holds that the training specifications of excellent news communication talents in contemporary China should be based on the characteristics of news communication specialty, the needs of times and social development, as well as the common characteristics of the improvement of knowledge and ability of outstanding talents and the cultivation of comprehensive quality.
