淺析新興媒體時(shí)代大型電視媒體集團(tuán)的變革策略——以瑞典摩登時(shí)代集團(tuán)為例

【摘要】:在新興媒體時(shí)代,媒介技術(shù)和市場環(huán)境急劇變化,傳媒機(jī)構(gòu)的變革勢在必行。大型電視媒體機(jī)構(gòu)的規(guī)模優(yōu)勢反而會(huì)成為阻礙變革的不利因素。本文介紹了瑞典摩登時(shí)代集團(tuán)采取了"減量、擴(kuò)容"策略,即減少開路電視頻道等傳統(tǒng)媒體業(yè)務(wù),增加電子體育、網(wǎng)絡(luò)電視運(yùn)營等新興媒體業(yè)務(wù),同時(shí)做強(qiáng)內(nèi)容板塊。其積極調(diào)整組織架構(gòu)和業(yè)務(wù)內(nèi)容的做法,有效提升了業(yè)務(wù)適應(yīng)能力和市場競爭能力。
[Abstract]:In the new media era, the media technology and market environment have changed dramatically, and the reform of media organizations is imperative. The size advantage of large television media organizations can instead become an obstacle to change. This paper introduces that the Swedish Modern Times Group has adopted the strategy of "reducing and expanding capacity", that is, reducing the traditional media services such as open-circuit television channels, increasing the emerging media services such as electronic sports and network television operations, and strengthening the content sector at the same time. Its active adjustment of organizational structure and business content effectively enhances business adaptability and market competitiveness.
