【摘要】：社會信息需求的變化和公共信息服務(wù)質(zhì)量的提升要求進行公共信息服務(wù)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)改革。公共信息服務(wù)的供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)改革必須著力于公共信息服務(wù)類型和形態(tài)兩個方面。文章將公共信息服務(wù)區(qū)分為基本型與發(fā)展型兩種類型,對其內(nèi)涵與特點進行比較分析,并闡述了兩者之間的關(guān)系。梳理了公共信息服務(wù)形態(tài)的發(fā)展變化,認為"可視化"是公共信息服務(wù)形態(tài)發(fā)展變化的基本趨勢。為實現(xiàn)公共信息服務(wù)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)改革,本研究提出了若干改革原則和可供選擇的路徑與方法。
[Abstract]:The change of the social information demand and the improvement of the quality of public information service require the reform of the supply-side structure of the public information service. The reform of the supply-side structure of the public information service must focus on the types and forms of the public information service. This paper divides the public information service into two types: the basic type and the developmental type, compares its connotation and characteristics, and expounds the relationship between the two types. This paper combs the development and change of the form of public information service, and thinks that "visualization" is the basic trend of the development and change of the form of public information service. In order to realize the reform of the supply-side structure of public information services, some reform principles and alternative paths and methods are put forward in this paper.
