探討設計突發(fā)事件公共衛(wèi)生風險溝通的框架體系及其核心要素詮釋

【摘要】：突發(fā)事件公共衛(wèi)生風險溝通是指突發(fā)公共事件發(fā)生前后,針對其公共衛(wèi)生問題及潛在的不確定性健康風險的溝通。風險溝通涵蓋了風險溝通的多元主體、多層次、多維途徑、多種內(nèi)容和多項功能等內(nèi)容,其框架體系主要包括目標和任務、溝通主體、支持系統(tǒng)、保障系統(tǒng)4個主要組成部分,各組分作為框架體系的核心要素,在進行突發(fā)事件公共衛(wèi)生風險溝通過程中,賦予了更豐富的內(nèi)涵特征。
[Abstract]:Public health risk communication of emergencies refers to the communication of public health problems and potential uncertain health risks before and after public emergencies. Risk communication includes multiple subjects, multi-level approaches, multi-content and multi-function of risk communication. Its framework system mainly includes four main components: goal and task, communication main body, support system, guarantee system, etc. As the core element of the framework system, each component is endowed with richer connotative characteristics in the process of public health risk communication.
