【摘要】：新聞可信性一直是新聞學(xué)研究當(dāng)中的一個重點,許多研究都從"信源可信性"、"內(nèi)容可信性"和"媒介可信性"這三個方面進(jìn)行研究,認(rèn)為受眾會像學(xué)者做學(xué)術(shù)研究一樣對每個因素都理性分析。為了探討這個認(rèn)識是否符合實際情況,本文通過實驗和深度個人訪談,對9名新聞專業(yè)學(xué)生和13名非新聞專業(yè)學(xué)生進(jìn)行可信性方面的深度訪談,試圖找出兩組受訪對象之間是否存在"信差"。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),兩組受訪對象之間存在對可信性評判的差異,即本文所提出的"信差"。同時,媒介素養(yǎng)對認(rèn)知需求調(diào)節(jié)作用明顯,新聞專業(yè)學(xué)生整體呈現(xiàn)出更少的情境性因素。本論文共分五章,其中第一章介紹了本次研究以及其所依托的事件——杭州G20峰會的背景。第二章為理論分析,梳理了新聞可信性的發(fā)展歷程,認(rèn)知需求理論對于本次研究的意義以及媒介素養(yǎng)對于認(rèn)識需求理論的調(diào)節(jié)作用,并提出了實驗猜想和研究問題。第三章介紹了研究設(shè)計,說明了訪談對象的來源和深度訪談實驗的設(shè)計步驟。第四章是對深度訪談的分析,研究表明新聞專業(yè)學(xué)生所受媒介素養(yǎng)教育對認(rèn)知需求的調(diào)節(jié)作用明顯,非新聞專業(yè)學(xué)生在分析新聞可信性時會更常受情境性因素影響。這一發(fā)現(xiàn)說明普及媒介素養(yǎng)對于普通受眾正確判斷新聞信息的重要性。第五章為總結(jié)與討論,除了發(fā)現(xiàn)"信差"和"媒介素養(yǎng)的調(diào)節(jié)作用"之外,本文進(jìn)一步指出了在國際新聞報道中,受眾并不會單純的因為媒體的權(quán)威性而去盲目相信其所發(fā)布的報道,受眾更在意的是每一篇具體報道的可信程度。今后的研究可以考慮加入媒體從業(yè)人員,并采用定量研究的方法對這一假說進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行驗證。
[Abstract]:News credibility has always been an important part of journalism research. Many studies focus on "source credibility", "content credibility" and "media credibility". Think that the audience will be like scholars to do academic research on each of the factors are rational analysis. In order to explore whether this understanding is in line with the actual situation, this paper conducted in-depth interviews on the credibility of 9 journalism majors and 13 non-journalism majors through experiments and in-depth personal interviews. Try to find out if there is a messenger between the two groups. It is found that there is a difference in credibility evaluation between the two groups of respondents, that is, the "messenger" proposed in this paper. At the same time, media literacy plays an important role in the adjustment of cognitive needs, and journalism students as a whole present less situational factors. This thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the research and the background of the G20 summit in Hangzhou. The second chapter is the theoretical analysis, combing the development of news credibility, the significance of cognitive demand theory for this study and the role of media literacy in the adjustment of cognitive demand theory, and puts forward experimental conjecture and research problems. The third chapter introduces the research design, explains the source of the interview object and the design steps of the in-depth interview experiment. The fourth chapter is the analysis of in-depth interviews. The study shows that the media literacy education of journalism majors has a significant role in regulating cognitive needs, and that non-news majors are more often affected by situational factors in the analysis of news credibility. This discovery shows the importance of popularizing media literacy for ordinary audiences to correctly judge news information. The fifth chapter is a summary and discussion. In addition to finding out the "messenger" and "the regulatory role of media literacy", this paper further points out that in international news reports, The audience does not blindly believe the reports they publish simply because of the authority of the media. The audience is more concerned about the credibility of each specific report. Future studies may consider joining media practitioners and use quantitative methods to further verify this hypothesis.
