【摘要】：當前我國醫(yī)患關系空前緊張,醫(yī)患糾紛在醫(yī)療風險評估中所占比例逐年上升。在普遍缺乏信任的社會條件下,醫(yī)療風險管理需要從醫(yī)院到政府、從個人到社會全方位的參與和協(xié)調。在眾多風險因素中,媒體起到了至關重要的作用。媒體不僅是信息的傳播者,也是知識的建構者和公共事務的參與者。然而,媒體也受制于組織結構、工作定勢和職業(yè)文化的限制,只能選擇性地將新聞事實在一定框架范圍內報道出來。在對相關文獻進行綜述的基礎上,從醫(yī)院管理和媒體管理的雙重視角來探討如何有效控制醫(yī)療風險、防范醫(yī)療危機。
[Abstract]:At present, the relationship between doctors and patients is more and more tense, and the proportion of medical disputes in medical risk assessment is increasing year by year. Under the social condition of general lack of trust, medical risk management needs to participate and coordinate from hospital to government, from individual to society. Among the many risk factors, the media played a crucial role. Media is not only a disseminator of information, but also a constructor of knowledge and a participant in public affairs. However, the media is also restricted by the organizational structure, job stereotype and professional culture, and can only selectively report the news facts within a certain framework. Based on the review of related literature, this paper discusses how to effectively control medical risk and prevent medical crisis from the perspective of hospital management and media management.
