【摘要】：近幾年來,隨著全球溫室效應(yīng)的加劇和前期社會(huì)生態(tài)環(huán)境問題的累積,災(zāi)害性天氣"霧霾"產(chǎn)生的范圍、規(guī)模和頻率日益擴(kuò)大,嚴(yán)重地影響到內(nèi)蒙古居民的日常生活和身心健康。因此,筆者選擇《內(nèi)蒙古日?qǐng)?bào)》作為本篇論文所要談及的對(duì)象,立足于《內(nèi)蒙古日?qǐng)?bào)》2011年至2015年五年來所有關(guān)于"霧霾"關(guān)鍵詞的新聞報(bào)道,通過內(nèi)容分析法對(duì)《內(nèi)蒙古日?qǐng)?bào)》2011——2015年所有帶有"霧霾"二字的新聞文本進(jìn)行定量分析,得出《內(nèi)蒙古日?qǐng)?bào)》關(guān)于"霧霾"的新聞報(bào)道的數(shù)量時(shí)令性變化顯著,總體趨于理性;報(bào)道版面分布廣泛,突出互動(dòng)性和共享性;報(bào)道來源有有區(qū)域代表性,原創(chuàng)多于轉(zhuǎn)載;報(bào)道區(qū)域集中于內(nèi)蒙古和北京,關(guān)注全國形勢(shì);報(bào)道主題突出經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)、現(xiàn)狀報(bào)告和生態(tài)環(huán)境;報(bào)道傾向以中性為主,重視平衡報(bào)道。但是,由于報(bào)道的標(biāo)題缺乏吸引力、語言呆板,中性和正面報(bào)道占總數(shù)的98.9%,負(fù)面報(bào)道只占1.1%,過度的以中性和正面報(bào)道為主,弱化了居民對(duì)"霧霾"的防范意識(shí)和生態(tài)環(huán)境的保護(hù)意識(shí)。同時(shí),通過文獻(xiàn)綜述樹立歸納出當(dāng)前內(nèi)蒙古的黨媒對(duì)于內(nèi)蒙古現(xiàn)存生態(tài)環(huán)境問題缺乏時(shí)間維度上的深入考察和缺乏對(duì)霧霾天氣相對(duì)專業(yè)化的報(bào)道。在新媒體語境下,紙質(zhì)媒體過度的以宣傳為主而弱化對(duì)事實(shí)的報(bào)道則會(huì)加劇報(bào)紙受眾的流失,使得報(bào)紙?jiān)谑鼙姷挠绊懥蜋?quán)威性方面地位逐漸弱化,警惕紙媒步入名存實(shí)亡的局面。因此,《內(nèi)蒙古日?qǐng)?bào)》在新聞報(bào)道上需以事實(shí)為基礎(chǔ),加強(qiáng)新聞專業(yè)主義;其次,《內(nèi)蒙古日?qǐng)?bào)》需要把握時(shí)代發(fā)展的大趨勢(shì),把握大眾的關(guān)注點(diǎn),改善傳播技巧;最后,站在人民的立場(chǎng),將宣傳融于事實(shí)當(dāng)中,提高輿論引導(dǎo)和宣傳的能力、技巧顯得尤為重要。本文分為如下幾大部分:第一部分為緒論部分,論述文章的研究目的及意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法、研究步驟;第二部分論述《內(nèi)蒙古日?qǐng)?bào)》霧霾報(bào)道的背景,主要是由于:一、全社會(huì)普遍開始關(guān)注霧霾問題;二、霧霾引導(dǎo)輿論走向;第三部分是對(duì)《內(nèi)蒙古日?qǐng)?bào)》霧霾報(bào)道的內(nèi)容分析進(jìn)行論述,主要包括:一、霧霾新聞的數(shù)量;二、霧霾新聞的版面;三、霧霾新聞的來源;四、霧霾新聞的報(bào)道區(qū)域;五、霧霾新聞的主題,.六、霧霾新聞的傾向;第四部分對(duì)《內(nèi)蒙古日?qǐng)?bào)》霧霾新聞報(bào)道過程中存在的問題及與如何改進(jìn)進(jìn)行論述。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the aggravation of Greenhouse Effect and the accumulation of social ecological and environmental problems, the scope, scale and frequency of "haze" are increasing. Seriously affect the daily life and physical and mental health of Inner Mongolia residents. Therefore, the author chooses Inner Mongolia Daily as the object of this paper, based on all the news reports about "haze" in the past five years from 2011 to 2015. Through the quantitative analysis of all the news texts with the word "haze" from 2011 to 2015 in Inner Mongolia Daily, it is concluded that the number of news reports on "haze" in Inner Mongolia Daily varies significantly in time and time. The whole tends to be rational; The layout of the report is widely distributed, highlighting interactivity and sharing; the source of the report has regional representation and originality is more than reprint; the area of the report is concentrated in Inner Mongolia and Beijing, paying close attention to the situation of the whole country; The main theme of the report is economic industry, current situation report and ecological environment, and the reporting tends to be neutral and balanced. However, due to the lack of attractiveness of the titles of the reports, language is rigid, neutral and positive reports account for 98.9 of the total, negative reports only account for 1.1 percent of the total, and excessive neutral and positive reports are the main ones. It weakens the residents' consciousness to guard against haze and protect the ecological environment. At the same time, through the literature review, it is concluded that the current party media in Inner Mongolia lack in-depth investigation on the existing ecological environmental problems in Inner Mongolia in time dimension and lack of reports on the relative specialization of haze weather. In the context of new media, the paper media is too much to propagandize and weaken the fact of the report will aggravate the loss of newspaper audience, make the newspaper in the audience's influence and authority status gradually weakened. Watch out for paper media to step into the situation of real existence. Therefore, Inner Mongolia Daily should strengthen journalism professionalism on the basis of facts. Secondly, Inner Mongolia Daily should grasp the general trend of the development of the times, grasp the attention of the public and improve communication skills. Finally, from the standpoint of the people, it is very important to improve the ability of guiding and propagating public opinion. This paper is divided into the following parts: the first part is the introduction part, discusses the purpose and significance of the article, research status, research methods, research steps; The second part discusses the background of "Inner Mongolia Daily" haze report, mainly due to: first, the whole society began to pay attention to the problem of haze, secondly, haze guided public opinion; The third part is the content analysis of "Inner Mongolia Daily" haze report, mainly including: first, the number of haze news; second, the layout of haze news; third, the source of haze news; fourth, the reporting area of haze news; Five, the theme of haze News, The fourth part discusses the existing problems and how to improve the process of haze news reporting in Inner Mongolia Daily.
