【摘要】：從20世紀90年代末呈規(guī)模性發(fā)展開始,社群信息學(xué)逐漸發(fā)展成為社會學(xué)、計算機科學(xué)、信息科學(xué)等多學(xué)科交叉的研究領(lǐng)域。本文旨在通過回顧社群信息學(xué)的研究,闡釋其"是什么"、"誰在做"、"做什么"等問題,主要使用文獻計量分析和比較分析的方法并結(jié)合深度閱讀,得到相關(guān)結(jié)論。研究結(jié)果包括三個部分:一是發(fā)現(xiàn)了國內(nèi)外社群信息學(xué)領(lǐng)域的高產(chǎn)作者與影響較大的學(xué)術(shù)合作團體。國內(nèi)外高產(chǎn)作者的學(xué)科背景存在較大差異,學(xué)術(shù)合作團體呈現(xiàn)同機構(gòu)合作較多的特征以及跨機構(gòu)合作的發(fā)展趨勢;二是歸納了包括"ICT接入"、"社區(qū)信息服務(wù)"、"數(shù)字化貧困及數(shù)字不平等"、"社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)"和"社會資本"在內(nèi)的當前社群信息學(xué)研究的五個主題;三是以時間為主線,揭示了國內(nèi)外社群信息學(xué)研究的發(fā)展脈絡(luò),并發(fā)現(xiàn)了一批對社群信息學(xué)研究具有重要影響的文獻。研究結(jié)果有助于了解社群信息學(xué)的研究進展,跟蹤社群信息學(xué)的發(fā)展方向,為后續(xù)研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:Since the development of scale in the late 1990s, community informatics has gradually developed into a multi-disciplinary research field, such as sociology, computer science, information science and so on. By reviewing the research of community informatics, this paper explains the problems of "what", "who is doing" and "what to do". It mainly uses the methods of bibliometric analysis and comparative analysis and combines with in-depth reading to get the relevant conclusions. The research results include three parts: first, the authors of high yield and the influential academic cooperation groups in the field of community informatics were found at home and abroad. There are great differences in the academic background of high-yielding authors at home and abroad, and academic cooperation groups show the characteristics of more cooperation with institutions and the development trend of cross-institutional cooperation; Secondly, it summarizes five topics of current social informatics research, including "ICT access", "community information service", "digital poverty and digital inequality", "social network" and "social capital". Thirdly, with time as the main line, this paper reveals the development of community informatics both at home and abroad, and finds a number of documents which have important influence on the study of community informatics. The results are helpful to understand the research progress of community informatics, to track the development direction of community informatics, and to provide reference for further research.
