【摘要】：文章從短視頻產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展所導(dǎo)致的規(guī)制問題出發(fā),梳理和分析了歐美國家有關(guān)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)視頻規(guī)制的基本框架和針對短視頻的改革實(shí)踐,包括聯(lián)合規(guī)制、自我規(guī)制和放松規(guī)制等�？疾旌头治隽硕桃曨l產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展在內(nèi)容和渠道等方面給中國媒體規(guī)制體系所帶來的問題和挑戰(zhàn),并結(jié)合國際經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出未來有關(guān)規(guī)制體系創(chuàng)新的建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the regulatory problems caused by the rapid development of short video industry, this paper analyzes the basic framework of Internet video regulation in Europe and the United States and the reform practice for short video, including joint regulation, self-regulation and deregulation. This paper examines and analyzes the problems and challenges brought by the development of short video industry to China's media regulation system in terms of content and channels, and puts forward some suggestions on innovation of regulation system in the future combined with international experience.
