【摘要】：世界進(jìn)入了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)多發(fā)期,媒介在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)報(bào)道中的角色日益重要。隨著信息技術(shù)的不斷更新,我國(guó)民族地區(qū)如黔東南州網(wǎng)絡(luò)等新媒體也得到快速發(fā)展,新媒體在黔東南州的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳播過(guò)程中承擔(dān)著重要任務(wù)。本文在深入研究新媒體在黔東南州的普及和應(yīng)用狀況的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)黔東南州的社會(huì)情況和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)特征,研究新媒體環(huán)境下黔東南州的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳播,以較好地呈現(xiàn)黔東南州的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳播的現(xiàn)象及規(guī)律,為黔東南州的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)報(bào)道、控制和引導(dǎo)提供一些有價(jià)值的參考。本文共分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分為緒論部分,該部分首先對(duì)本研究的選題、選題目的和選題意義進(jìn)行了闡述,對(duì)文中涉及的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了界定,并在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)學(xué)者與本選題相關(guān)的研究進(jìn)行了梳理與綜述,進(jìn)而提出了本文的研究方案,以及本題目的創(chuàng)新之處和可預(yù)期的創(chuàng)造性成果。第二部分側(cè)重研究黔東南州新媒體風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳播的現(xiàn)狀,在介紹黔東南州基本情況的基礎(chǔ)上,本部分對(duì)黔東南州的新媒體分布及使用情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查梳理,并在此基礎(chǔ)上分析探討了當(dāng)前黔東南州新媒體在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳播中主要的應(yīng)用類型,此外,還歸納提煉了黔東南州當(dāng)前新媒體參與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳播的主要傳播模式,進(jìn)而分析了黔東南州新媒體風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳播的輿論引導(dǎo)方式。第三部分主要分析探討了新媒體在黔東南州風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳播中具有的主要優(yōu)勢(shì)條件,以及新媒體在黔東南州的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳播中起到的積極促進(jìn)作用,并進(jìn)而分析和探討了新媒體環(huán)境下黔東南州風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳播存在的主要問(wèn)題,為下一步提出針對(duì)性、可操作性的對(duì)策意見(jiàn)提供鋪墊。第四部分主要從政府部門、受眾、媒體這三個(gè)參與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳播過(guò)程的主體出發(fā),分別就當(dāng)前黔東南州在新媒體環(huán)境下的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳播情況提出富有針對(duì)性、可操作性的意見(jiàn)建議,為切實(shí)提升黔東南州在運(yùn)用新媒體進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳播的能力水平,促進(jìn)該地區(qū)民族團(tuán)結(jié)、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、社會(huì)穩(wěn)定,提供具有操作性的參考意見(jiàn)。第五部分是對(duì)上述四個(gè)部分的研究進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)總結(jié)。在研究中,本文通過(guò)收集整理我國(guó)民族地區(qū)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳播的相關(guān)案例,以及有關(guān)專家、學(xué)者的最新研究成果,此外,還通過(guò)在黔東南州下轄16個(gè)縣市共抽取1600人開(kāi)展問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,調(diào)查對(duì)象包括黔東南州16個(gè)縣市的普通群眾(包括黨政機(jī)關(guān)、企事業(yè)單位工作人員、在校學(xué)生、自由職業(yè)者及個(gè)體工商戶等),以及黔東南州的各級(jí)宣傳部門有關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人、若干電視臺(tái)、報(bào)刊雜志記者和新媒體從業(yè)人員,了解黔東南州的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳播中社會(huì)公眾、黨政部門、新聞媒體在黔東南州風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳播的情況,力圖在社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)與黔東南州風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳播現(xiàn)狀間找到結(jié)合點(diǎn),并提出富有針對(duì)性的對(duì)策和建議,促進(jìn)黔東南州經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)健康發(fā)展、社會(huì)和諧安定。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, new media, such as the network of Qiandongnan Prefecture, have developed rapidly. New media plays an important role in the process of risk communication in Qiandongnan Prefecture. Based on the situation of popularization and application, this paper studies the risk communication in southeastern Guizhou under the new media environment, aiming at the social situation and risk characteristics of southeastern Guizhou, in order to better present the phenomenon and law of risk communication in southeastern Guizhou, and provide some valuable references for risk reporting, control and guidance in southeastern Guizhou. The first part is the introduction part. First of all, this part elaborates the topic selection, the topic selection and the significance of the topic selection, defines the relevant concepts involved in this paper, and on this basis, combs and summarizes the related research of scholars at home and abroad, and then puts forward the research program of this paper. The second part focuses on the current situation of new media risk communication in southeastern Guizhou. On the basis of introducing the basic situation of southeastern Guizhou, this part investigates the distribution and use of new media in southeastern Guizhou, and on this basis analyzes and discusses the current situation of southeastern Guizhou. The main application types of state new media in risk communication are summarized. In addition, the main communication modes of new media participating in risk communication in southeastern Guizhou are summarized and refined. Then the public opinion guidance mode of new media risk communication in southeastern Guizhou is analyzed. Necessary advantages and conditions, as well as the positive role of new media in risk communication in southeastern Guizhou, and then analyzes and discusses the new media environment in southeastern Guizhou, the main problems of risk communication, for the next step to put forward targeted, operable countermeasures and suggestions to pave the way. Starting from the three main bodies involved in the process of risk communication, this paper puts forward some pertinent and operable suggestions on the current situation of risk communication under the new media environment in southeastern Guizhou, in order to effectively enhance the ability of using new media for risk communication in southeastern Guizhou, promote national unity, economic development and social stability in the region. The fifth part is a systematic summary of the above four parts. In this study, through collecting and sorting out the relevant cases of risk transmission in ethnic areas in China, as well as the latest research results of relevant experts and scholars, in addition, through the 16 counties and cities under the jurisdiction of Qiandongnan Prefecture, 1600 people were selected. Questionnaires were conducted among the general public in 16 counties and cities in southeastern Guizhou (including Party and government organs, employees of enterprises and institutions, students in schools, freelancers and individual businesses, etc.), and relevant persons in charge of propaganda departments at all levels in southeastern Guizhou, some TV stations, journalists of newspapers and magazines, and new media practitioners. In Southeast Guizhou, the public, the Party and government departments and the news media try to find a joint point between the social reality and the present situation of the risk communication in Southeast Guizhou, and put forward some pertinent countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy economic and social development and social harmony and stability in Southeast Guizhou.
