【摘要】：圍繞網(wǎng)絡(luò)匿名性(online anonymity)對(duì)網(wǎng)民從眾心理的影響,學(xué)界一直存在著各種爭(zhēng)議。其中,最為凸顯的議題是網(wǎng)絡(luò)匿名性和網(wǎng)絡(luò)中物理線索(physical cues)以及社會(huì)線索(social cues)的缺失是否從根本上強(qiáng)化了社群內(nèi)部的民主性。這一議題隨著層出不窮的社交媒體類型變得更為復(fù)雜。在新興的社交互動(dòng)平臺(tái)上,媒體內(nèi)容不僅可以與完全匿名的陌生人分享,還可以與關(guān)系一般的熟人或是生活中的親密好友共享。針對(duì)這一現(xiàn)象,本研究以去個(gè)性化效應(yīng)的社會(huì)認(rèn)同模型(Social Identity Model of Deindividuation Effects,SIDE)和自我構(gòu)念(Self-construal)為理論基礎(chǔ),以拼趣為研究平臺(tái),利用實(shí)驗(yàn)法檢驗(yàn)了拼趣用戶對(duì)于畫面的選擇是否會(huì)受到從眾心理的影響。本研究重點(diǎn)探討了不同層次的個(gè)人信息披露(personal information disclosure)、成員認(rèn)同感(group identification)、信息處理集中度(impersonal task-focus)、和信息處理憂慮度(evaluation concern)這四個(gè)變量在從眾效應(yīng)中所產(chǎn)生的影響。通過對(duì)220個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,該研究肯定了信息處理集中度和信息處理憂慮度的統(tǒng)計(jì)顯著性,并對(duì)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)的理論和實(shí)踐意義進(jìn)行了探討。
[Abstract]:There have been various controversies about the influence of anonymous (online anonymity) on the mentality of Internet users. Among them, the most prominent issue is whether the absence of network anonymity, physical clue (physical cues) and social clue (social cues) fundamentally strengthen the democracy within the community. The issue has become more complex with the proliferation of social media types. In the emerging social interaction platform, media content can be shared not only with completely anonymous strangers, but also with ordinary acquaintances or close friends in life. In view of this phenomenon, this study is based on the social identity model of individual effect and Self-Construal. The experiment is used to test whether the user's choice of the picture will be influenced by the crowd psychology. This study focuses on the influence of the four variables of personal Information Disclosure (personal information disclosure),) members' identity (group identification), Information processing concentration (impersonal task-focus) and Information processing anxiety degree (evaluation concern) on the herd effect in different levels of personal Information Disclosure (personal information disclosure),). Based on the data analysis of 220 experimental subjects, the statistical significance of information processing concentration and information processing anxiety is confirmed, and the theoretical and practical significance of the research findings is discussed.
