【摘要】：[目的 /意義]對劉冰著的《網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境中基于用戶視角的信息質(zhì)量評價研究》一書做出評價,并指出其存在的問題。[方法 /過程]主要運用客觀評價方法,從理論基礎(chǔ)、理論體系、理論與實踐相結(jié)合3個方面做出客觀評價。[結(jié)果 /結(jié)論]劉冰著的《網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境中基于用戶視角的信息質(zhì)量評價研究》一書,站在網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境與大數(shù)據(jù)時代前沿,以用戶視角的信息質(zhì)量基本內(nèi)涵的重新系統(tǒng)闡釋為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建形成網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境中基于用戶視角的信息質(zhì)量評價理論體系。該書具有概念模型構(gòu)建邏輯縝密、理論體系完整、實踐價值高的特點,是一部網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境中信息質(zhì)量評價研究的佳作。
[Abstract]:Objective / significance to evaluate the study of Information quality in Network Environment based on user's Perspective by Liu Bing, and point out its problems. [method / process] the objective evaluation is made from three aspects: theoretical basis, theoretical system and combination of theory and practice. [results / conclusion] A book by Liu Bing on the Evaluation of Information quality based on user's Perspective in Network Environment stands at the forefront of the era of network environment and big data, and is based on the reinterpretation of the basic connotation of information quality from the perspective of users. A theoretical system of information quality evaluation based on user's perspective in network environment is constructed. The book has the characteristics of logical construction of conceptual model, complete theoretical system and high practical value. It is an excellent work on the evaluation of information quality in network environment.
