【摘要】：近年以來,我國部分地區(qū)霧霾天氣頻發(fā),媒體對霧霾的報道呈現(xiàn)出多樣化的趨勢,政府機(jī)構(gòu)、專家學(xué)者、民間環(huán)保組織人士紛紛通過媒體表達(dá)自己的觀點。然而在霧霾這樣一個具有一定專業(yè)門檻的科學(xué)性議題面前,當(dāng)權(quán)威主導(dǎo)的觀點和大眾的日常生活經(jīng)驗之間產(chǎn)生了疏離和分歧時,這些觀點難以輕易達(dá)到說服大眾的效果,受眾更傾向于相信哪些內(nèi)容也并無定論。影響受眾對霧霾報道的認(rèn)知、情感態(tài)度和行為意圖的因素有哪些?本文采用內(nèi)容分析法和實驗法,首先通過內(nèi)容分析法,對《人民日報》、《中國環(huán)境報》、《新京報》和《南方都市報》近三年來有關(guān)霧霾信息的報道進(jìn)行分析,并基于內(nèi)容分析所得出的結(jié)論,確定實驗法中所考察的變量,實驗研究以專家信源(政策決策者、專業(yè)研究者、民間環(huán)保組織人士)、信源身份是否明確(明確、模糊)、報道傾向(正面、負(fù)面)為三組變量,探討其對傳播效果的影響。研究得出以下結(jié)論:報道傾向的正負(fù)面對受眾的認(rèn)知、情感態(tài)度和行為意圖影響有顯著的差異;專家信源的類別和專家信源是否明確對受眾的認(rèn)知影響存在顯著的差異,而對于受眾的情感態(tài)度和行為意圖影響均無顯著差異。地區(qū)不同對受眾的認(rèn)知、態(tài)度和行為意圖均無顯著差異。在研究的最后,筆者就霧霾報道的實際操作提出相應(yīng)的建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, smog weather has occurred frequently in some parts of China, and the media reports on smog have shown a diversified trend. Government agencies, experts and scholars, and non-governmental environmental protection organizations have expressed their views through the media. However, in the face of smog, a scientific issue with a certain professional threshold, when there is alienation and disagreement between authoritative views and the daily life experience of the masses, these views are difficult to easily achieve the effect of persuading the public. The audience is more inclined to believe which content is also inconclusive. What are the factors that affect the audience's cognition, emotional attitude and behavioral intention to report on smog? In this paper, the content analysis method and the experimental method are used to analyze the reports on smog information in the past three years in < People's Daily >, "China Environment News", "Beijing News" and "Southern Metropolis Daily". Based on the conclusions of the content analysis, the variables investigated in the experimental method are determined. The experimental study is based on the information sources of experts (policy decision makers, professional researchers, private environmental protection organizations), whether the identity of the information sources is clear (clear, clear). Fuzzy, reporting tendency (positive and negative) as three groups of variables, to explore its impact on the communication effect. The conclusions are as follows: there are significant differences between positive and negative reporting tendency in the cognitive, emotional attitude and behavioral intention of the audience, and there are significant differences in the categories of expert sources and whether the expert sources have a clear impact on the cognitive impact of the audience. However, there is no significant difference in the emotional attitude and behavioral intention of the audience. There were no significant differences in cognition, attitude and behavioral intention among different regions. At the end of the study, the author puts forward some suggestions on the practical operation of smog report.
