【摘要】：在三網(wǎng)融合和新媒體技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展的今天,高校輔導員開展思想政治教育面臨諸多困難。急需以新媒體時代背景為基礎(chǔ),深入挖掘新媒體在傳播內(nèi)容的碎片化、傳播通道的數(shù)字化、傳播地位的平面化、傳播過程的交互性等方面的特征,以此為基礎(chǔ),探究新媒體時代高校輔導員媒介素養(yǎng)所包含的媒介認知素養(yǎng)、媒介意識素養(yǎng)、媒介能力素養(yǎng)以及媒介倫理法制素養(yǎng)等具體內(nèi)涵,并將其作為新媒體時代輔導員媒介素養(yǎng)研究的突破口和著力點。當代高校輔導員的媒介素養(yǎng)表現(xiàn)為:媒介認知不斷豐富,但媒介信息研判分析層次尚淺;媒介意識逐步增強,但引領(lǐng)新媒體輿情的主動性欠缺;媒介運用能力有所提升,但工作方式仍以傳統(tǒng)方式為主;媒介倫理法制意識較強,但缺乏新媒體言行強制約束。因此,必須深入剖析“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”大環(huán)境下高校宣傳思想工作新挑戰(zhàn),信息化校園、院系、班級管理新模式,媒介化教師、大學生群體間交往新方式等高校輔導員媒介素養(yǎng)影響因素,重視新媒體時代高校輔導員媒介素養(yǎng)的提升,以增強新媒體時代思想政治教育實效性、正確引導新媒體時代高校輿情動態(tài)、有效開展大學生媒介素養(yǎng)教育。新媒體時代提升輔導員的媒介素養(yǎng)必須主動迎接挑戰(zhàn),針對目前輔導員媒介素養(yǎng)存在的現(xiàn)狀,應從網(wǎng)絡化、職業(yè)化、生活化的新要求著手,從社會到個體,從認知到能力,全方位、立體化、多角度提升輔導員媒介素養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:With the integration of three networks and the rapid development of new media technology, college counselors face many difficulties in carrying out ideological and political education. Based on the background of the new media era, it is urgent to dig into the characteristics of the new media in such aspects as the fragmentation of the communication content, the digitization of the communication channels, the planarization of the communication status, the interactivity of the communication process, and so on. In the new media age, college counselors' media literacy includes media cognitive literacy, media awareness literacy, media competence literacy and media ethics legal literacy. And regard it as the breakthrough and focus of the media literacy research of counselors in the new media era. The media literacy of college counselors is as follows: media cognition is constantly rich, but the analysis level of media information is still shallow; the media consciousness is gradually strengthened, but the initiative of leading new media public opinion is lacking; the media application ability has been improved. However, the traditional way of work is still dominant, the media ethics and legal consciousness is strong, but the new media words and deeds are lack of compulsory restraint. Therefore, it is necessary to deeply analyze the new challenges of propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities under the environment of "Internet", the new mode of information-based campus, department and class management, and the media teachers. In order to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in the new media era, college counselors' media literacy, such as the new way of communication among college students, and so on, are important to the promotion of college counselors' media literacy in the new media era. Correctly guide the new media era university public opinion dynamics, effectively carry out college students media literacy education. In the new media age, we must take the initiative to meet the challenge of improving the counselors' media literacy. In view of the present situation of the existence of the counselors' media literacy, we should start with the new requirements of networking, professionalization and life, from the society to the individual, from the cognition to the ability. All-dimensional, three-dimensional, multi-angle promotion of counselors media literacy.
