【摘要】:研究信息在社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中傳播不僅具有理論意義,而且具有應(yīng)用價(jià)值。然而,鏈路關(guān)系的復(fù)雜性、傳播信息的多樣性、個(gè)體的異質(zhì)性都給這項(xiàng)工作的展開帶來(lái)了一定的困難。近年來(lái),計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展為復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)的研究提供了新的思路,為揭示信息傳播規(guī)律和預(yù)測(cè)用戶行為提供了可能。本文在建立網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)模型的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用基于代理的建模方法模擬信息傳播過程,總結(jié)傳播規(guī)律,預(yù)測(cè)用戶行為。首先,文章從社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中信息傳播的應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景出發(fā),提煉信息傳播與用戶決策的一般規(guī)律。其次,本文采用鏈路向量模型對(duì)社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行建模。在線社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)是信息傳播的載體,構(gòu)建貼近現(xiàn)實(shí)的社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)有助于再現(xiàn)更加真實(shí)的傳播規(guī)律。本文將節(jié)點(diǎn)間的鏈路關(guān)系根據(jù)真實(shí)的人際關(guān)系劃分為:血緣關(guān)系、地緣關(guān)系、業(yè)緣關(guān)系、趣緣關(guān)系以及姻緣關(guān)系五類,并分析影響關(guān)系強(qiáng)度的因素。此外,引入流量關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)建立了五種鏈路關(guān)系間的相互影響模型。在建模過程中,本文將代理行為分為認(rèn)知、說(shuō)服、決策、傳播四個(gè)步驟,并采用基于規(guī)則的個(gè)體活動(dòng)決策算法以及基于多態(tài)的傳播決策算法對(duì)個(gè)體是否參加活動(dòng)以及是否傳播信息進(jìn)行研究。最后通過對(duì)模型的有效性與正確性進(jìn)行實(shí)證,研究不同因素對(duì)傳播效果的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明出度較大的節(jié)點(diǎn)作為發(fā)布者不僅能加強(qiáng)信息傳播效果,而且對(duì)用戶行為決策有一定的導(dǎo)向作用,信息質(zhì)量、鄰居節(jié)點(diǎn)態(tài)度以及信息發(fā)布頻率等多種因素對(duì)傳播以及預(yù)測(cè)效果均有不同程度影響。研究還發(fā)現(xiàn):個(gè)體決策代價(jià)越大,個(gè)體決策過程越理性,則個(gè)體行為更容易預(yù)測(cè)。
[Abstract]:The research on the dissemination of information in social networks is not only of theoretical significance, but also of practical value. However, the complexity of link relationship, the diversity of information dissemination, and the heterogeneity of individuals all bring some difficulties to the development of this work. In recent years, the rapid development of computer technology provides a new way of thinking for the study of complex networks, and it is possible to reveal the law of information dissemination and predict the behavior of users. Based on the model of network structure, this paper uses agent-based modeling method to simulate the process of information transmission, summarizes the law of propagation, and predicts the behavior of users. Firstly, this paper abstracts the general rules of information dissemination and user decision from the application scene of information dissemination in social network. Secondly, the link vector model is used to model the social network. Online social network is the carrier of information dissemination. In this paper, the link relationship between nodes is divided into five categories according to the real interpersonal relationship: blood relationship, geographical relationship, business relationship, interest relationship and marriage relationship, and the factors influencing the relationship strength are analyzed. In addition, the interaction model of five kinds of link relationships is established by introducing the traffic relation network. In the process of modeling, the agent behavior is divided into four steps: cognition, persuasion, decision-making and communication. The rule-based individual activity decision algorithm and the polymorphic communication decision algorithm are used to study whether the individual participates in the activity and whether the information is transmitted. Finally, through the validity and correctness of the model, the influence of different factors on the communication effect is studied. The experimental results show that the node with relatively large degree can not only enhance the effect of information dissemination, but also have a certain guiding effect on the decision-making of user behavior, and the quality of information. Many factors, such as neighbor node attitude and information release frequency, have different effects on propagation and prediction effect. It is also found that the higher the cost of individual decision-making, the more rational the individual decision-making process is, and the easier it is to predict individual behavior.
