【摘要】：正泰拉尼安是美國(guó)第三代的發(fā)展傳播學(xué)學(xué)者,然而由于學(xué)界對(duì)于發(fā)展傳播學(xué)尤其是20世紀(jì)90年代以后的發(fā)展傳播學(xué)關(guān)注甚少,對(duì)于其觀點(diǎn)的論述也不是很多。而實(shí)際上,該學(xué)者的觀點(diǎn)扎根歷史,視角獨(dú)特,值得探究。傳播技術(shù)與社會(huì)發(fā)展關(guān)系的歷史溯源
[Abstract]:Zhengtelanian is the third generation development communication scholar in the United States. However, the scholars pay little attention to the development of communication, especially after the 1990s, and have not discussed many of their views. In fact, this scholar's viewpoint rooted in the history, the angle of view is unique, is worth exploring.
