基于用戶視角的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)模型研究

【摘要】:用戶是信息資源的最終評(píng)判者,立足用戶心理和行為視角探尋高質(zhì)量信息的共性特征和形成線索成為解決信息質(zhì)量問題的關(guān)鍵。在現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上系統(tǒng)梳理信息質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)的理論模型,提出基于信息質(zhì)量構(gòu)念、外部驅(qū)動(dòng)因素、內(nèi)部驅(qū)動(dòng)因素、態(tài)度與行為模式優(yōu)化四層次的CEIA整合框架,系統(tǒng)揭示在網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下用戶感知高質(zhì)量信息的心理和行為路徑,提出未來信息質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)的研究方向,為信息質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)的理論研究和實(shí)踐發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:User is the final judge of information resources. It is the key to solve the problem of information quality to explore the common characteristics of high-quality information and form clues based on the psychological and behavioral perspectives of users. On the basis of existing literature research, this paper systematically combs the theoretical model of information quality evaluation, and puts forward a four-level CEIA integration framework based on information quality construction, external drivers, internal drivers, attitude and behavior model optimization. This paper systematically reveals the psychological and behavioral path of users' perception of high quality information under the network environment, and puts forward the research direction of information quality evaluation in the future, which provides a reference for the theoretical research and practical development of information quality evaluation.
