大數(shù)據(jù)應用于輿論研究的現(xiàn)狀與反思

【摘要】:國內大數(shù)據(jù)應用于輿論的相關研究多是基于實用主義的角度展開,其研究主要集中于為政府或企業(yè)輿論應對而進行的對策和策略研究,其包括大數(shù)據(jù)與輿論的監(jiān)測、分析和預警;大數(shù)據(jù)與輿論管理、引導;利用大數(shù)據(jù)各種具體的方法,如信息熱詞、百度搜索詞等來分析輿論,但其存在著缺乏理論指導等問題。國外大數(shù)據(jù)應用于輿論的研究特點主要是建立在理論指導下的實證研究,其采用了各種新的手段和方法,并與傳統(tǒng)社會科學研究的各種方法相結合,及多從情感角度切入分析輿論。本研究指出未來國內大數(shù)據(jù)應用于輿論的研究需要有以下方面的改進:議程設置假說等理論需要成為相關研究的指導;多種方法綜合應用提高相關研究的信度與效度;通過情感分析促進相關研究。
[Abstract]:Most of the researches on the application of big data to public opinion are based on pragmatism. The research focuses on the countermeasures and strategies for the public opinion of the government or the enterprise, including the monitoring of big data and public opinion. Analysis and warning; big data and public opinion management, guidance; use of various specific methods of big data, such as information hot words, Baidu search words to analyze public opinion, but there are some problems such as lack of theoretical guidance. The research characteristics of big data applied to public opinion abroad are mainly based on empirical research under the guidance of theory. It adopts various new means and methods, and combines with various methods of traditional social science research. And more from the emotional point of view into the analysis of public opinion. This study points out that in the future, the application of big data to the research of public opinion needs to be improved in the following aspects: the theory of agenda setting hypothesis should be used as the guidance of relevant research, the reliability and validity of relevant research should be improved by comprehensive application of various methods; Through emotional analysis to promote the relevant research.
