【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的日益普及,網(wǎng)絡(luò)作為“第四媒體”的影響力受到越來越多的重視。網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播的開放性使得公眾獲得了空前的自主和自由,也極大地促進(jìn)了公眾對突發(fā)公共事件網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播的參與和關(guān)注。網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論作為一種新的媒體輿論形式,給我國社會(huì)生活帶來了日益深刻的影響,同時(shí)帶來了如何認(rèn)識(shí)和合理運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論、如何引導(dǎo)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論的新問題。突發(fā)性公共事件的突然性與網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論跟進(jìn)的快速性之間有著天然的聯(lián)系,網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論對突發(fā)公共事件輿論的影響起著舉足輕重的作用。目前國內(nèi)外每一次重大的突發(fā)公共事件,都能在網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體上引起強(qiáng)烈的反響,形成意見的自由市場,通過傳播從而形成強(qiáng)大的輿論影響,發(fā)揮著巨大的積極作用。但是,由于網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論的構(gòu)成非常復(fù)雜,網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)又在日新月異地飛速發(fā)展,而網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論的管理理念相對比較滯后、管理力度較弱等原因,目前對于突發(fā)性公共事件,網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論的形成存在著大量的不良信息、敵對勢力企圖滲透等問題。對于突發(fā)性公共事件,網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論像一把雙刃劍,如果不對其進(jìn)行積極引導(dǎo),就有可能產(chǎn)生一些消極的影響,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播環(huán)境中,一些信息造假者可以趁虛而入,網(wǎng)民過激的非理性跟帖等都可以使事態(tài)惡化,危害網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全,影響社會(huì)的和諧穩(wěn)定。所以,對網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論進(jìn)行分析、把握輿論導(dǎo)向并對其進(jìn)行積極引導(dǎo)顯得尤為重要。如何把握網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論的特點(diǎn)和規(guī)律,加強(qiáng)對網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論的管理和引導(dǎo),促進(jìn)其健康發(fā)展,己成為亟待解決的一個(gè)重大問題。在本文中,研究重點(diǎn)是分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論對突發(fā)公共事件的影響及存在的問題,以及如何對網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論進(jìn)行引導(dǎo),把握網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論導(dǎo)向的主動(dòng)權(quán)。
[Abstract]:With the increasing popularity of the Internet, the influence of the network as the "fourth media" has been paid more and more attention. The openness of network communication makes the public obtain unprecedented autonomy and freedom, and greatly promote the public participation and attention to the network communication of unexpected public events. As a new form of media opinion, network public opinion has brought more and more profound influence to the social life of our country. At the same time, it has brought about the new question of how to understand and use the network public opinion reasonably, how to guide the network public opinion. There is a natural relationship between the sudden public events and the rapidity of the Internet public opinion, which plays an important role in the influence of the public opinion on the sudden public events. At present, every major public emergency at home and abroad can cause a strong response in the network media, form a free market of opinions, and form a strong public opinion through the dissemination of influence, play a huge positive role. However, because the composition of network public opinion is very complex and the network technology is developing rapidly with each passing day, the management concept of network public opinion is relatively lagging behind and the management intensity is relatively weak. At present, for the sudden public events, There are a lot of bad information and hostile forces trying to infiltrate in the formation of network public opinion. For sudden public events, public opinion on the Internet is like a double-edged sword. If it is not actively guided, it may have some negative effects. In the network communication environment, some information counterfeiters can take advantage of the virtual situation. The irrational comments made by Internet users can worsen the situation, endanger the network information security and affect the social harmony and stability. Therefore, it is particularly important to analyze the network public opinion, grasp the public opinion guidance and actively guide it. How to grasp the characteristics and laws of network public opinion, strengthen the management and guidance of network public opinion, and promote its healthy development, has become an important problem to be solved. In this paper, the focus of the study is to analyze the impact of network public opinion on public emergencies and the existing problems, and how to guide the network public opinion, grasp the initiative of network public opinion guidance.
