【摘要】：文章以TOE模型為總體框架,以創(chuàng)新擴(kuò)散理論、資源依賴?yán)碚�、制度理論、國家文化理論、信任理論五大理論為指�?dǎo),構(gòu)建公眾政府信息獲取渠道選擇影響因素概念模型,從技術(shù)、組織、環(huán)境三個(gè)維度考慮影響公眾政府信息獲取渠道選擇的因素,通過回歸分析法對模型進(jìn)行分析驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明,感知有用性、感知易用性等九個(gè)變量對公眾政府信息獲取渠道選擇產(chǎn)生顯著影響。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of TOE model and five theories of innovation diffusion theory, resource dependence theory, institution theory, national culture theory and trust theory, this paper constructs a conceptual model of influencing factors of public government information access channel selection. The factors influencing the choice of public government information access channels are considered from three dimensions of technology, organization and environment, and the model is analyzed and verified by regression analysis. The results show that nine variables, such as perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, have a significant impact on the choice of public government information access channels.
