【摘要】：文章首先對已有關(guān)于開放數(shù)據(jù)安全問題的研究進(jìn)行綜述,將其劃分為數(shù)據(jù)安全的法律政策、技術(shù)和策略意識三個研究方面,基于此分類將微博作為數(shù)據(jù)來源進(jìn)行檢索,對相關(guān)主題的微博文本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行編碼分類,并引入神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)方法建立數(shù)據(jù)安全相關(guān)話題的分類系統(tǒng),驗證該分類及系統(tǒng)的可靠性,從而提高在微博平臺進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)安全相關(guān)話題輿情研究的檢索質(zhì)量和效率,及時有效地掌握公眾對于數(shù)據(jù)安全話題的動態(tài)。
[Abstract]:This paper reviews the existing research on open data security , and divides it into three research aspects : legal policy , technology and strategic consciousness of data security . Based on this classification , the micro blog is searched as data source , and the classification system of data security related topics is established by introducing neural network method . The classification and the system reliability are verified , so as to improve the retrieval quality and efficiency of public opinion research on data security related topics on the micro - blog platform , and to grasp the public ' s dynamic of data security topic timely and effectively .
