【摘要】：加快推進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)媒體與新興媒體產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展是中國傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在要求。項(xiàng)目調(diào)查組在數(shù)據(jù)分析與訪談的基礎(chǔ)上,對傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展存在的問題,如產(chǎn)業(yè)思維、戰(zhàn)略格局、評價(jià)指標(biāo)、盈利模式等方面的問題進(jìn)行了概括和分析。進(jìn)而從內(nèi)容生產(chǎn)能力提升、數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動、產(chǎn)權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)多元等角度分析了驅(qū)動傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展的要素;并從提升產(chǎn)業(yè)運(yùn)營思維、基于內(nèi)容優(yōu)勢的IP化運(yùn)營、面向細(xì)分垂直方向深挖空間、創(chuàng)新資本運(yùn)營方式、推動傳媒體制深化改革等方面對傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展路徑進(jìn)行了探討。
[Abstract]:Speeding up the integration of traditional media and new media industry is the inherent requirement of the development of Chinese media industry. On the basis of data analysis and interview, the project investigation team summarized and analyzed the problems existing in the development of media industry convergence, such as industry thinking, strategic pattern, evaluation index, profit model, etc. Then the paper analyzes the factors that drive the media industry from the aspects of content production capacity enhancement, data driven and property structure diversification, and analyzes the IP operation based on content advantage from the view of promoting the thinking of industry operation. This paper probes into the integration and development path of media industry in such aspects as subdivision vertical direction deep digging space innovating capital operation mode and pushing media system to deepen reform and so on.
