【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,微信由于其在線交流的迅捷性,尤其是朋友圈社交功能的私人定制化保證了個(gè)人社交的相對隱私、安全,受到大學(xué)生群體的青睞。在微信特有的信息傳播模式下,微信朋友圈的社交"圈層化"、輿論場中心弱化、信息傳播面聚焦化、成員關(guān)系穩(wěn)定化等特征得到不斷鞏固和加強(qiáng),而在朋友圈"碎片化、去中心化"的網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下,"輿情安全閾值"的界定與監(jiān)控逐漸模糊與淡化,這給高校的網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情安全帶來新的隱患。因此,首先剖析了微信朋友圈中悄然進(jìn)行的三大變化及其對高校輿情管理工作構(gòu)成的挑戰(zhàn),在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了導(dǎo)致變化的微信朋友圈特殊的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息傳播模式,并基于此,提出高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情工作的應(yīng)對策略,即從源頭、傳播路徑、輿情環(huán)境、信息分流等四大要素入手來實(shí)現(xiàn)輿情的有效研判、監(jiān)管、處理、引導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, WeChat is favored by college students because of its rapidity of online communication, especially the private customization of the social function of friends circle, which ensures the relative privacy and security of personal social interaction. Under the unique information dissemination mode of WeChat, the social "stratification" of WeChat's friend circle, the weakening of the center of public opinion field, the focusing of the information dissemination area, the stabilization of the member relationship, etc., have been constantly consolidated and strengthened, while in the circle of friends, they have been "fragmented." In the decentralized network environment, the definition and monitoring of "public opinion security threshold" is gradually blurred and desalinated, which brings new hidden trouble to the network public opinion security of colleges and universities. Therefore, this paper first analyzes the three changes quietly carried out in WeChat's circle of friends and their challenges to the management of university public opinion. On this basis, it analyzes the special network information dissemination mode that leads to the change of the circle of WeChat friends, and based on this, This paper puts forward the countermeasures of the network public opinion work in colleges and universities, that is, starting with the four elements of the source, the communication path, the public opinion environment and the information diversion, to realize the effective research, supervision, processing and guidance of the public opinion.
